The only thing bringing this down from being 5 stars is the fact that there is only one working elevator, my room was on the 6th floor and that meant waiting in a queue everytime I was going to my room. The elevator itself is really small so it could only fit max 3 people in it at a time. There is a second elevator however this was out of service throughout my stay. I was all inclusive and the food at breakfast, lunch & dinner was very good. Lots to choose from and even had access to a snack room which had burgers, hot dogs etc. The drinks were also good however you only get one drink token per person and receive this back after you return your glass, this means numerous trips back and forth to the bar which is fine if the bar isn't busy. Pools are great and well maintained, never any issues getting a lounger by the pool compared to some hotels. The room I stayed in was very clean, it had a bath/wall mounted shower. The room was cleaned by staff daily with fresh towels and bedding provided. I had a balcony overlooking the pool and sea. Location wise it is a 5 minute walk from the main road where most pubs & shops etc are. Literally across the road from a shop that sells anything you need. The location in general is spot on. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Just arrived back had 2 rooms next to each other as party of 2 adults and 3 children wanted the 2 bathrooms hence booking 2 rooms. The rooms were small and when z bed was open even smaller I was expecting 3 full beds. Had fridge and toiletries and tv with uk channels. The food for a 3 star was excellent we did AI as kids eat and eat. Plenty of choice at each mealtime and serves wines and beers at the bar. Also snack bar on offer at other times. I did not have anything from it but crisps but kids did. Staff were lovely especially the entertainment staff kids loved them special mention to capacino always smiling and joining everyone in. Games never stopped volley ball,bingo, carpet in pool and others. The parts I struggled with was the sunbeds I have never had such uncomfortable sunbeds hard with slates across and flat no.option to but a back rest up. The options were these or plastic chairs by pool so for upto 7 hours agony please update these. We probably would not go back as bit of a climb if heading out at night but just personal choice did feel got value for money. Try wethers by mini golf as very nice bar with food.
The location was excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the sea and 25 minutes from the train station. The room was clean and modernly furnished, featuring a very comfortable mattress and adjustable air conditioning. A big plus was the bidet and the mini-fridge in the room. The Wi-Fi connection worked perfectly throughout our stay. As for the food, there was a good variety with something for everyone to choose from. I also really appreciated that the pools were completely separate from each other, since there was a dedicated pool for adults, we didn't have to deal with the noise of kids shouting and splashing. ➖️❗️The only minor downside was the bedding, instead of a proper duvet, we just got an old-fashioned blue blanket, which looked like something from grandma's house. Overall, though, it was a lovely stay!
Excellent location 5 minutes from beach and 10 minutes from marina. Rooms are small and modern and were good for what little we used them. Only complaint, No drawers and the shower was very weak. Air-conditioning was also poor but worked to a degree. The Breakfast was adequate the sausages and eggs always looked undercooked. The sunloungers were the worst I've ever used. Most were broken and none reclined. Definitely need replacing. The sun loungers at the beach were €8 which reclined and had a big mattress also included wifi and toilet The Hotel did offer a curtesy room for late flights. Which did have a really good powerful shower and lockers were available for €2 to store cases. The staff were friendly
Just back yesterday from a lovely week. Only downfalls were the lifts as one was not working for a lot of our stay and constants queues as they are small....one day queued for 25 minutes; only one toilet by the pools which did not seem to be monitored throughout the day and rapidly became unhygienic; pizza, pasta and not much else for kiddies who are fussy eaters and last but no least cardiac hill which is not the hotels fault but completely exhausting with a pushchair! I would definitely stay again as rooms, pools and area all good x
