Great experience 2nd time after 10 years! Still the same quality of service, very helpful staff, original alcohols, nice evening events. Especially I would like to thank Nikolas at the dinners, Ledio as a PERFECT waiter and whole staff at the theatre pool bar! But in fact all the staff was very helpful! The rooms could be refreshed a little bit especially minibar cooling ;) Overall great vacation spent with my family. Thank You!
We had an amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. The rooms are big and nice decorated, the food had many options, the mattresses of the sun beds were relaxing. All the staff always wearing a smile. A special thanks to Loredana Ilie, she is very kind with a nice personality. The only minus of the hotel are the rocks from the beach. Thanks for a good stay!
This hotel is amazing and the staff are so friendly. They are willing to do whatever is necessary to make you comfortable during your stay. The food is lovely with plenty of freshly cooked items rather than food that sits for a long time. The bar staff are great and always happy to have a chat. This is our second stay here and honestly won’t be our last!
We had the pleasure of spending two wonderful weeks at this beautiful hotel at the beginning of June, and it exceeded our expectations in many ways. We were especially impressed by the room service team. The waiters were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive, regularly serving delicious meals in our Junior Suite with a smile. Their outstanding service made our stay even more enjoyable. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Marc Francis Antonio, the waiter at the beach. He works incredibly hard and always made sure we had refreshing drinks throughout the day. His positive attitude and dedication did not go unnoticed. We found him to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help.
