We had an excellent stay. I discovered this hotel almost by chance through an Expedia recommendation. Visiting Fuerteventura wasn't originally part of my plans, and I knew nothing about this hotel. After reading about it, I decided to book it, and I do not regret my choice at all.
The hotel is quiet, clean, and very well maintained, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated having the choice between relaxing at the spa, with its indoor pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, and sauna, enjoying the outdoor pool, or spending time on the beautiful beach.
The all-inclusive package was excellent. The bar offered a great variety of drinks throughout the day. Lunch was good, although the à la carte menu became a little repetitive during our stay, while the salad buffet was always fresh and enjoyable. The dinner buffet offered a wide selection of dishes every evening, so everyone could easily find something they liked.
We had a small issue with housekeeping, but it was resolved after a few requests and did not affect our overall experience. We also appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise for my daughter. The hotel left a bottle of wine in our room. Although I do not drink wine, we truly appreciated the kind gesture.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay.
From the moment we arrived till the moment we left great staff, happy friendly and good fun. Great reception service as we arrived with very little time before dinner finished so she told us to go straight for dinner and check in after. Nice touch and much appreciated. The food was very good and the a la carte lunch service really good. Drinks very good for an All Inclusive and then there is the location. Wow. We saw dolphins and Whales from our sea view room, I did have binoculars though. The beach is spectacular. It is a very relaxed place, don't expect a rave up, but was just what we needed. The spa was really good on our one grey day.
Fabulous hotel, will be coming back.
Transport:
The hotel is about 1hr15 drive from the airport, dead easy drive pretty much one road there and back. There is underground parking available for a fee. It is nice and secure as it requires a keycard to access. The entrance/exit is very tight just as an FYI.
Location: Great location, pretty much beachfront. Google maps is deceiving there is much more 'life' in the area than the map suggests.
Room: Very comfortable for 3 people. Ground floor room with two single + sofa bed. Good A/C, nice bathroom with a good daily cleaning service. Would reccomend.
Food: The lunch a la carte is the highlight here, nice selection with great service. It doesn't feel like a typical all inclusive. The breakfast and dinner buffets are both good, but are more typical of an all inclusive. Just as an FYI on the food the hotel caters mainly to German tourists and so the food is focussed on catering to Germans. That isn't a big issue, but I would have preferred here a focus on Spanish and Canarian dishes rather than German food.
Drinks: Drinks are where the hotel really shines. The selection on the all inclusive is vast, and we didn't get the chance to really go through much of the bar menu during out stay. That is a compliment to its size. The draft beer is Tropical and it is a decent drop. There are branded spirits for you to enjoy, and the highlight for me is the cocktail menu made by hand. Often all inclusive holidays offer premixed. Not here. My only disappointment was the wine offered. This wasn't great, and doesn't quite feel up to scratch with the other drinks offered.
Facilities: The pool is deceptively large, and was never terribly busy. There was never any issue with finding sun loungers either, they were in abundance at all times. The spa is the real highlight here. There is a indoor pool with lots of features, jacuzzi, turkish baths, sauna, cold plunge, and some river thing I didn't see the point in. You don't have to pay to access the spa, and the lockers are free also. Real highlight for me.
Entertainment: There was often live music, that was really nice. There wasn't an entertainment programme perse on offer, but the sparse music was enough for us. The hotel was also showing all the world cup games which was a bonus.
Staff: Finally the staff. A real delight. Every staff member was lovely, warm and welcoming. They work very hard at the hotel and were always very kind and helpful to us. A big thank you to all the staff.
Overall a great stay. I will return to this hotel for sure.
Absolutely amazing hotel, from the moment we stepped into the building it was a warm embrace with welcoming drinks available, the rooms are clean, tidied during the breakfast period, and the balcony chairs are reclinable!!! the staff are lovely, always willing to help, they are polite and courteous to everyone. Even though there is no animation team there is still evening shows/ performances ranging from live music to magic shows and even more!!! During lunch times there is a menu you can order from and you get your food usually within 15 minutes (and it’s made to order) or you can do the buffet option which is more salads and smaller bites. For dinner, there is a buffet for you to choose from and during all meal times there are high quality linen table cloths and napkins, crockery is branded and not chipped or cracked, for the evening meals, outside they have little high quality lights to make it feel more homely and atmospheric. The staff come to you almost instantly to assist and take your orders for drinks/ food etc, with a good staff-to-guest ratio making sure you are alway looked after and cared for. Loads of availability for sunbeds as it’s a small hotel but feels grand inside…
pool area is cleaned daily and no shortage of sunbeds and parasols… nothing is too much trouble, perfect hotel if you want a calm and quiet holiday should be 5 stars but because it doesn’t tick all the boxes of the criteria that a 5 star should but if i could give it 6 stars i would!!!
We didn’t stay in the hotel, so I’m only rating the spa, we decided to go there for a massage after we had a massage in our hotel which wasn’t really good.
From the moment we arrived in the spa we were welcomed and felts that it was going to be good and it was. We was a bio energetic massage for 80 minutes and this was one of the best massages of my entire life. For a good relaxing massage, you can go there.
