The high level of service is evident from the very first moment: the attentive and friendly staff is always ready to help, and everything is organized efficiently and professionally. Check-in was quick, and the room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a modern, beautiful interior. Cleanliness is maintained to a high standard. The food deserves special mention—it's varied, high-quality, and truly delicious. There's a wide selection to suit every taste, including fresh fruit, desserts, seafood, and themed dinners. It's clear the kitchen puts its heart and soul into it. I'd like to extend my sincere thanks to the wonderful Aysha team.
The days we spent at Ayscha were wonderful. The room was clean, and the housekeeping lady was very kind and helpful. At the reception, we communicated very well with Vera, who was very nice, friendly, and easy to talk to. The staff treated us very well throughout our stay, especially Ali from the lobby bar and Abduraman from the pool bar. The garden is beautiful and very well maintained, with lovely pine trees that create a relaxing atmosphere. The food was varied and very tasty, and the desserts were also excellent. The drinks were very good as well. The organization and the entertainment program were great, and the cleanliness throughout the entire resort was exemplary. One thing that we didn’t like was that although there are notices asking guests not to reserve sunbeds with towels or personal belongings, we frequently noticed beach towels left overnight on balconies, most likely to be reused for reserving sunbeds the next day. During the day, it was quite difficult to find two available sunbeds, and even when we did, almost every day we noticed that many sunbeds were occupied only by towels or personal items, without anyone actually using them for long periods of time. I do not find it acceptable for a sunbed to be kept reserved for hours, including while someone is taking an afternoon nap, while other guests are looking for a free place to sit. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we will gladly revisit.
The hotel and service is wonderful for an All- inclusive hotel . The staff and service is exceptional. They cannot do enough for you, the service is fast and efficient. The choice and quality of the food was really good. There are several bars , one with live “chilled” music in the evenings . There are daily activities and a show in the evenings (1 for children and 1 for the family) and live music / DJ by the beach. The effort the staff go to is amazing. The pool is a good size , the water park is more than adequate, and the grounds are well kept . Rooms are good size and clean While you are 20 mins or so from Lara this is not a bad thing. Belek centre and shopping is 5 mins in a taxi , and gives you everything you need . It also means the hotel is smaller and quieter which is a good thing as the hotel isn’t as busy as the bigger ones in Lara. I would 100% return to this hotel
Wonderful experience! This hotel offers so many fun and interesting activities, not just swimming pools, relaxing on the beach, and amazing food. There are also plenty of great games and activities to keep everyone entertained. Mustafa, Iryna, and all the other animators were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They always explained the games clearly and made sure everyone could join in and have a good time. The food is really delicious, and the entire staff is so welcoming and attentive. Everyone genuinely seems to care about making sure the guests are having a great time and enjoying their stay. We had such a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend this hotel from the bottom of our hearts! ❤️
The hotel looks very good, is spacious, has a lot of greenery and offers a real oasis of peace to its guests. Positive aspects: ‐ well-organized complex; - friendly and attentive employees; - impeccable cleanliness; - facilities and services worthy of a 5-star resort; - very diverse offer of food and drinks; - numerous recreational spaces, restaurants, bars, terraces, swimming pools; - spacious and comfortable rooms; - impeccable wi-fi; - suitable for families with children; - even at maximum capacity, it seems airy. Negative aspects: - I would have nothing to mention. Definitely an excellent cost-benefit ratio. I recommend it with confidence!
