We payed for room 4 person. We were waiting for a room with 2 double beds. In fact we got 2 single beds united in one, one folding chair without mattress and bad sheet and one cot. Also we were told that mini bar will be supplied every day. In fact we got 4 bottles of water in 3 days… for 4 persons. We were promised to have juice… guess what))) no juice for our children. We are grabing water to our room from the bar. About room service I’d better say nothing. Accidentally we dirty the mirror. It is still dirty, the 4th day. I noticed that at the wc next to spa zone was no soap and toilet paper. I told reception about that. One hour later nothing changes. 5 stars hotel?????? When I came again to reception with the same problem I was ignored. After this review I’m sure they will look for me to ask to delete it. So, reception now you care? Will I be ignored now?
Very disappointing and far below a true five-star standard. On arrival, our room had an extremely strong cigarette smell. We asked to change rooms but were told that none were available. Later, while cleaning, staff found cigarette ends and ash hidden under the mattress. This means the room was not properly inspected or deep-cleaned before being given to new guests, which is completely unacceptable. Housekeeping was often late and the room was not cleaned properly. The cleaners themselves said that the hotel did not have enough staff. The minibar was also not refilled regularly. On the night of arrival, we waited almost one hour at reception before anyone came, and at checkout nobody was sent to help with our luggage. Even the beach pavilion, which costs around €100, had poor service. I had to go to the restaurant several times because desserts were not delivered. In the end, we were told they were no longer available. On the same day, hotel management was relaxing in another pavilion, and most of the service seemed to be directed there. Two women at the kids’ club were rude. The hotel is also strongly focused on Russian-speaking guests. Even when we asked to speak Turkish, staff often continued in Russian despite knowing Turkish. European and international guests who expect an international atmosphere and communication in Turkish or English should seriously consider this before booking. The restaurant had too few tables, seasonal fruit was very limited, and waiters were difficult to find. Evening entertainment was weak, towels were often insufficient, and many sunbeds were reserved for hours with towels. Overall, the hotel looks much better in photos than in reality. We would not return and cannot recommend it.
All in all, 4/5* hotel. Rooms are fine, cleaned every day. Do not be optimistic to get into your room on the first day before 2p.m. If you have kids that sleep during lunch time, call the reception to ask for room cleaned up earlier, because they do it round 2p.m. Food is 3/5*. Three days we had fish (tuna) or small grilled fish, and all other days there was classic Turkish cousine, a lot of different mumbled food, nothing of good quality. It happens that the food lacks, which is not suitable for a 5* hotel. The sea often (a few times a day) gets dirty with small plastic, so that is not nice either. But the best part (extra paid) are the pavilions, and THE BEST WAITER there (that should be the manger of that part of the beach) is Halil, that made our stay super cosy and nice and made our stay and a few days 10/5* 😁 thank you, Halil!!
We visited with three children; there is entertainment and activities for every age group. The staff are friendly and attentive—reception even managed to locate and retrieve a bag I had lost. The food is acceptable. I was particularly impressed by the diving center; the people there are very friendly, truly know their craft, and go above and beyond for their customers! Highly recommended!
The setting was especially beautiful, surrounded by greenery. Unlike other hotels, it's not just the building that's lovely, but the atmosphere and ambiance are fantastic. There are many activities you can do during the day, and they're very enjoyable. It's a hotel where families can comfortably stay. I had a wonderful vacation. I recommend it to you too!!! If you ever go there, say hello to Ramazan...
