We had a half-board arrangement (breakfast and dinner), and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The food was good and varied, with a nice selection for both breakfast and dinner. The only thing we did not particularly enjoy was the coffee, which was not very tasty. However, there was always the option to buy good coffee separately at the bar, which was a nice alternative. The sea was clean and beautiful, and the sunsets were truly stunning. Since it was the end of May, there were not many guests, which made the atmosphere calm and relaxing. Probably for the same reason, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade and stayed in a room with a balcony and sea view. During the day, there was children’s animation, mainly in French, which was very unobtrusive and did not disturb other guests. In the evenings, there were different musicians performing calm live music — creating a very pleasant atmosphere, and some guests even danced. This is a place you would love to return to.
this is the second time we are guests of this hotel and we stayed 7 nights with two children on the AI service. excellent hotel with great beach. progress can be seen compared to the previous time. the rooms are very clean and tidy. as well as the hotel itself, the restaurant and everything around the hotel. the hotel is not new, but it has been partially renovated and maintained. the food is delicious, every day a large selection of dishes. (even when there was no banana on offer, the team from the kitchen gave it to me for a little baby) the team from the pool bar was EXCELLENT, especially Tihomir and the girl who worked, I think her name is Andrea. umbrellas and sunbeds available to everyone even though the hotel was crowded. the pools are well maintained, the water was even completely changed during our stay. the only complaint is the children's playroom, which is very messy and dirty, which we reported at the reception. Also, the time when the playroomworks is not logical from 10 to 12. It would be much better if it works from 12 to 15 when the sun rays are the strongest. There was also an occasional smell of sewage outside - but I think that's a problem with the town/municipality and not the hotel itself.
Dont know why this hotel has such bad reviews to be honest . We came as a British couple . The rooms are clean . The staff are friendly and efficient and hard working . The food was good . The only downside was the hotel was full of very rude French people . Treating the staff appallingly. Banging glasses on the counter to be served pushing in front of people. We had to rescue a elderly couple who they were pushing out of the way. I honestly feel so sorry for the staff . I thought it was only the British the French hated but it seems to be everyone
It's a beautiful hotel set in a truly stunning stretch of coast. The food is varied and very good. The staff are very helpful and keep the hotel clean and tidy constantly. The nearby town of cavtat is full of lovely restaurants selling delicious food. The locals are friendly and very proud of their heritage and beautiful country. Dubrovnik is a 40 minute boat ride away, and a return ticket is only 15 euros. Do not miss out on visiting this historic treasure.
5 min car journey from Dubrovnik airport. Clean rooms, perfect if you just use the room for sleeping and showering. All inclusive was good. Lots of selection, clearly stating allergens. We couldn't check in until 3pm. Was given our bands early so we could drop luggage and get lunch. Didn't use the pools as the beach was on the doorstep. Dreamy views, relaxed vibe. Will definitely return. Small shop in the hotel for basics. Cavtat town is a 20 min walk, with great photo spots.
