We had a very pleasant stay at SENTIDO Marea and no major issues affected our holiday. The hotel has a great location, the rooms were cleaned very well, and the early check-in and late check-out were very helpful for us as families with children. The food in the main restaurant was always tasty and plentiful, and we especially enjoyed the Italian, Bulgarian and Beach Club à la carte restaurants. The seafood restaurant at Noa was less impressive for us, especially considering the extra charge. The Premium beach area at Encanto was a very nice benefit, and the Beach Bar there offered better drinks and more attentive service. Overall, the bar experience across the hotel could be more consistent. The staff were generally helpful, with the Indonesian team members standing out as especially warm and friendly. Housekeeping was very good, and our child loved the towel art, although the towels sometimes had a stale smell when used. For families, it would be useful to extend the snack bar until 18:00 and to display the mini club program more clearly. We also enjoyed the evening entertainment and Beach Party, though communication could be clearer when shows move indoors. Overall, a very good family holiday, with a few small improvements that could make the experience excellent.
A wonderful week at SENTIDO Marea Hotel! We are returning visitors to Bulgaria, and this time we spent a very pleasant week at the SENTIDO Marea Hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the restaurant offered a delicious and varied selection of food. The location is also super: right on the beach, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. The staff were very kind throughout our stay. I would especially like to highlight the friendliness of the support staff from Bali, who, approaching the end of a busy and presumably challenging season, still welcomed every request and question with a genuine, heartfelt smile. We had a fantastic time and would gladly return!
A perfect place for a summer holiday for a family. Excellent selection of food (available almost at any given point of a day), Bulgarian à la carte restaurant surprised with new twists on traditional dishes and excellent service. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Everything is so clean (looks like they literally clean every hour or so to keep the facilities clean despite so many guests). We definitely hope to come back!
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a wide variety of delicious food. What impressed me the most was the outstanding staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thank you goes to the reception team for their warm welcome, excellent service, and genuine hospitality. They made us feel valued from the moment we arrived and were always ready to assist with any request. The entire team deserves recognition for making our holiday enjoyable. Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The transfer from Varna Airport to the hotel was pleasantly short, and there were plenty of excursion options in the area. 👍 The room was excellently equipped with a large bed, a separate bed for our daughter, and a balcony with a direct sea view of Golden Sands. The mattresses were outstanding – we slept really well, which was especially important for me because of my back pain. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day, with special thanks to Purna The staff truly won our hearts: Concierge Katya took great care of our special requests, including kids’ meals and even a nighttime medical emergency. Head Chef Rossin/Rosen prepared fresh pelmeni for our daughter every single day on request, and the bartenders – especially Vasil ❤️🫶– were fantastic. Paula and Bozhi from the Kids Club looked after our daughter so lovingly that there were tears at goodbye.🥹🥹🥹 The food was rich, fresh and varied, with daily changing dinner menus, sushi specials and a comprehensive all-inclusive offer including a late-night snack. There was no shortage of leisure options either: beach, pool, kids’ disco, fitness, sauna and even adults-only zones (16+). There was so much to do that you didn’t even need to leave the hotel. A wonderful family holiday during which we grew very fond of so many people. Please stay exactly the way you are! 🙏
