We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was truly exceptional — the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of at every moment. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality in every meal. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. A special mention goes to the bartenders — Halil was fantastic! Always friendly, attentive, and more than happy to create exactly what we wanted. Every drink was made perfectly, and they consistently exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, amazing food, and a welcoming atmosphere.
We had an excellent stay at Sianji Well-Being Resort. The private beach was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, providing a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea. The pools were spacious, spotless, and never felt overcrowded. The resort facilities were excellent throughout, with comfortable rooms, beautiful views, and plenty of areas to unwind. The spa and wellness facilities were a particular highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and high-quality treatments that made our stay even more enjoyable. What truly made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their attention to detail and hospitality created a welcoming environment from arrival to departure. Overall, Sianji Well-Being Resort is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Bodrum. We highly recommend it and would happily return.
The best hotel i've ever been used to stay at. Personnel is complected with friendly and helpful employees. Also hotel provides all-inclusive system of meals which is really comfortable and customer-friendly when it used conciously. Especially, i want to mention reception employees - Almina and Boran. They are really friendly and always intended to help and guide guests. The ambiance and location of hotel also can be mentioned as the separate kind of art — sunny and green plants are everywhere. It creates a vibe of unforgettable holidays. And you guys, created it indeed. I feel really sad that max rate at Google Reviews is 5/5, bcuz i would give you 6/5 stars.
Spent a week here with myself and my wife. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay. Could things be improved yes our room was a bit dated and had an issue outside with water leaking down the roof at times but it didn’t detract from our feel of the place. We loved the spa and the massages we both had and the food was also good with lots of choice. The staff are all friendly and we would recommend the hotel to others thinking of coming to the Bodrum area
Our group of three adults stayed at the hotel for eight days. Unfortunately, there are several aspects of the hotel and the behavior of some reception staff that need improvement. First, the hotel is in urgent need of renovation. We stayed in a villa that felt quite old and had a stuffy atmosphere typical of aging buildings. On our fourth day, a family with a very loud child moved into the villa next to ours. The child frequently screamed and had tantrums, clearly disturbing other guests. This was especially noticeable given that other families at the hotel had calm, well-behaved children. When we raised this issue with the reception staff and explained that the constant noise was ruining our vacation, one of the receptionists, whom I believe was Ms. Fatma, responded in a way that felt unhelpful. Instead of showing understanding or attempting to resolve the issue, she focused on the way I expressed my distress. It is possible that this was due to a communication issue on her side or difficulty expressing herself clearly; however, the interaction still came across as dismissive and rude. In addition, there was a young male receptionist who was also dismissive. We contacted him in advance to request lunch boxes for our departure day, but he failed to register our request. As a result, our departure became unnecessarily stressful due to his lack of follow-through. Fortunately, the remainder of our stay was more pleasant, and a solution was eventually found. Additionally, the food selection at the restaurant is very limited, which is surprising for a country known for its rich cuisine. That said, the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and polite, especially Mr. Kadir and a woman with red, curly hair, who both provided excellent service. The sea is clean and calm but contains a lot of seaweed. The beach itself is acceptable; however, certain areas have many pebbles, making it difficult to enter and exit the water comfortably. The DJ at the beach was very good and played enjoyable music.
