As for the pools and the hotel grounds, they were great. We had no problem finding sunbeds every day, and on some days we even had the pool entirely to ourselves. On the first day I couldn’t understand why, but later I did. The food was very bland and almost the same every single day, with very little variety. Children would struggle to find something to eat because most of the dishes were heavily seasoned and greasy. The only positive thing was that seafood was available every day. However, after seeing the hygiene standards in the kitchen, I was honestly afraid to eat it. The hygiene was an absolute disaster. Cheeses were left sitting out at room temperature for 3–4 hours instead of being kept refrigerated. The rooms are old, outdated, and moldy. The modern renovated rooms you see in the photos make up only about 10–15 rooms in total, so you have to be very lucky to get one. The beach itself is beautiful, but very crowded. The sunbeds on the beach are no longer included with the hotel, even though our travel agency advertised that they were. This is probably because the agency has outdated information, as the sunbeds were apparently included until last year. The hotel has a very nice beach club called Naos, but even if you have an all-inclusive package, you can only get coffee and a few selected drinks there. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room every day, but there’s only so much they can do when the rooms are old and full of mold. Most of the hotel staff were very friendly. And to make matters worse, on the second-to-last day of our stay, several guests (around 10 people that we know of) got sick and brought some kind of stomach virus home. If you’re looking for a proper 4-star holiday experience, I would recommend avoiding this hotel.
This was our second time staying at this hotel and we are already planning our next visit! We had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect just a short walk to a great beach and beautiful sea. The hotel features a fantastic large swimming pool with a kids section that flows into the main pool, which was super convenient for our child. We stayed in a spacious, lovely room with our own private pool and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly welcoming and polite. Highly recommend this place for a great family vacation!
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were dirty. There were insects, such as spiders and ants, in the room. The faucet was broken. The dining area was dirty and unsanitary. The service was absolutely terrible. I had booked a six-night stay. I arrived with my family, and we were given a room with defects. After one night, we asked to switch rooms; after some difficulty, they moved us to a larger, more spacious room, but there was no Wi-Fi because they were having issues with that as well. We agreed to the move despite everything. Half an hour later, I lay down on the bed, and the air conditioner dripped water onto me. The experience had become distressing, and we hadn't even had a chance to enjoy anything yet. We asked to change rooms again, but there wasn't a single room without defects. I asked to leave the hotel and get a refund, but the hotel refused. We felt it was all too much and that our vacation was turning into a nightmare. We simply left the hotel without getting a refund for the five nights. We lost $1,800.
We had a very nice stay at So Nice Beach Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The service was really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are very nice, clean, and comfortable. I especially recommend booking the room with a private pool, it was really beautiful and made the stay feel even more special. The hotel itself is quite big and has more than one swimming pool. The pools are large and well maintained. There is also a quiet adults-only pool, which was very relaxing and beautiful, with a nice bar area. There is also a separate pool for children, which makes the hotel very suitable for families. The location is great, right by the beach, and there is also an outdoor massage area, which adds a very relaxing touch to the experience. Another thing I really liked is the new beach bar and restaurant. It looks amazing, the style is beautiful, and the atmosphere there is really special. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. It is a great place to relax, enjoy the beach, the pools, and the beautiful atmosphere.
We had a truly beautiful stay at this beachfront hotel in Cyprus close to the Aya Napa Marina. The suite was spacious, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, with a stunning view over the swimming pool and the sea beyond. Waking up to that view each morning felt like a dream. One of the most memorable details was the lighting — soft, color-changing tones in both the bedroom and bathroom created a calming, almost magical atmosphere . It added a special touch of luxury and relaxation. The staff made the experience even more special. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, always ready to help with a smile and make us feel welcome. A perfect place for rest, comfort, and a bit of everyday magic. 💛
