An amazing hotel in a beautiful mountain setting, offering breathtaking views and a truly relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail throughout the hotel. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, making them a perfect place to relax after a day spent enjoying the surrounding nature. The staff deserves special praise – everyone was extremely polite, friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their warm and welcoming attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also excellent. The dishes were very delicious, fresh, and prepared with great attention to quality. Dining while enjoying the beautiful mountain views was a wonderful experience. One of the greatest advantages of this hotel is the wide variety of activities available in the surrounding area. Guests can enjoy peaceful walks in the mountains, horseback riding, cycling, relaxing spa treatments, and many other activities for both adventure and relaxation. There is something for everyone, whether you want to explore nature, stay active, or simply take some time to rest and recharge. Last but not least, this is a wonderful place for families with children. Children are genuinely welcome here and have plenty of opportunities to enjoy themselves and have fun. The family-friendly atmosphere makes the hotel an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday with the whole family. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for beautiful nature, comfortable accommodation, delicious food, excellent service, and a wide range of activities. We would definitely be happy to return in the future.
Won't be coming back for sure. Restaurant staff is low key mad at you for being there, every time you ask a simple question they act as if we came to their house and tried to steal something. Most dont speak Bulgarian or English. Food service ends at 9:30 and there is nothing at the hotel fridge. The closest place you can get food latter in the evening is small shops or a gas station a minimum of 1 hour walk. Spa is tiny for this big of a hotel, you might as well not count it as an amenity. Very confusing layout all together. With the rest of the offerings around I don't know why you would chose this hotel. Pay 25 euro more and go to Grant Hotel Bansko is my recommendation. You get much better service, 8 pools and the spa works until 11, food at the lobby bar almost any time and said gas station is next door.
Location-30 min walk to the center of the city, no shops nearby, or in the complex. I do not know about the standard rooms, but the apartments are separated from a very thin wall with a door in it. No sound left unheard, quite uncomfortable. Tons of dust, coming from curtains, have typical smell of room dust. If you turn on the air-condition you can enjoy a desert climate, with all dust in it. We were not warned the apartment has only a big bed, sleeping on the stretching sofa is something close to sleep, very uncofortable. Staff, food, spa very good. Not enough space in the restaurant, at full load the feeling is like you are in village inn. The pools are good, warm water, but overcrowded. I would not come back, there are missing important details for such price.
We stayed at Hotel Ivan’s and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel and suggest avoiding it. At the pool, they charge extra for every towel, which is not clearly communicated and is unacceptable for a hotel. No one entered our room for cleaning during the entire week of our stay. The towels were not changed, the room was not cleaned, and we had to buy our own toilet paper from the supermarket. The room was not very clean, and the radiator was constantly leaking. When we informed the staff, they simply shrugged their shoulders and did nothing to fix the problem. At the restaurant, breakfast prices vary from one day to another without any clear explanation, which is confusing and unprofessional. Overall, the value for money is very poor. We will not return and do not recommend this hotel.
Although the rooms probably need a little bit of work, we were very pleased with our stay at the hotel. The food was great, the staff is very friendly, helpful and well trained.Special thanks to Antoniya (the manager lady of the restaurant) for accepting our requests with extra care.A rare gem of professionalism and work ethic. Highly Recommend this hotel.
