We arrived at 11 pm and we faced the issue that they had overbooking and we had to wait in the lobby for approximately 4 hours, after a day of traveling, to get a room to sleep. After we got the room we observed that it is not even 100% cleaned.
After this horrible night, we stayed here for a week and it became better so overall the stay was okey. They organise every night some show for entertainment, they give you free towels for the beach and the outside part of the resort, matches the photos.
The food is okey. After a few days it became boring because they don't have that much varieties but some of them are delicious.
They say that they are a 5 star resort but in reality you may expect a 3-3.5 star experience.
We rested with the family in july 2026, a pretty nice hotel, well maintained, with a very spacious territory. Delicious food, and in several places.
The sea is warm and crystal blue. Good sunbeds and enough . I would come back with great pleasure!
My family and I arrived at about 10PM, hoping to finally go to our rooms and go to sleep. Little did we know, the staff didn't let us check in because all of the rooms were allegedly occupied. We weren't the only ones who were denied our rooms, but also a family with two small children. How does paying for a reservation only to be denied the services you paid for make any sense? The staff told us that our room would only be ready at 1:45AM, almost 4 hours after our arrival. After finally being led to our rooms at 2AM, everything seemed fine at first, until we quickly realized that the bedsheets were dirty and so was the floor towards the entrance of the room. The sheets still weren't changed the next day.
The staff, while some are actually quite nice, don't speak English half the time. The manager also cannot handle criticism at all and is extremely aggressive when confronted.
The food is fine, but definitely very generic and definitely not of 5-star quality.
And as for the location, while the scenery is definitely beautiful and the beach is incredibly nice, it doesn't offer anything else to do. There's nothing to visit and there are only a few stores to go to.
After reading some of the more negative reviews of this hotel I am genuinely shocked by how many people have witnessed the same things as we have: Poor hygiene, staff incompetence and overbooking. I'm also shocked that no one has done anything about this yet.
There were also kitties around. I liked the kitties 🙂↔️
i recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall stay.
One of the main concerns was being charged extra for a family room, despite already booking and paying for two separate rooms. It felt unnecessary and a bit unfair. Additionally, the main light in the room was oddly placed and didn’t provide proper lighting.
There were also some maintenance issues — the television remote didn’t work, and the air conditioner had very limited functionality. The shower pressure was extremely harsh, making it uncomfortable to use. We did report both the TV remote and shower issue to the reception, but unfortunately, no action was taken during our stay.
As for the food, it was decent but quite repetitive. The menu didn’t offer much variety, which became a bit tiresome over time.
Overall, while the hotel had some good points, particularly the cleanliness, the service and facilities could definitely use improvement.
I would say that BURAK, was very entertaining & very energetic.
When i first came to this hotel i really enjoyed everything about it, it was clean and the foods were really nice. But one thing that really bothered me was the gozleme lady at the pool who is working solo for hours upon hours. it’s not right to let someone ALONE work without any fan and for hours in a space where the sun hits that poor woman directly. i felt so sorry for her and i wish that the hotel does something about this, at least give her more breaks or also add another woman so that it’s more beneficial. Overall everyone else was really nice, the entertainment people were amazing i really enjoyed their personality and how nice they were to everyone!
