Better to avoid this hotel. I booked this property expecting a genuine 4-star experience, but the quality and service level reflect a basic 3-star standard at best. Having stayed at other 4-star adults-only properties in Ayia Napa this season at the exact same price point, the difference in quality and attention to detail is stark. I received roughly half the value of what I paid for. Key Issues: Missing Amenities: Basic 4-star items (body lotion, tissues, cotton swabs) were not provided in the room. Maintenance & Hygiene: Mold in the bathroom, missing storage shelf, a leaking toilet that re-flushes every 10 minutes, and an AC unit with a non-adjustable fan speed. Unacceptable Noise: Upon check-in, guests sign a quiet-hours agreement (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM). However, loud noise from the nearby pub makes it impossible to sleep, even with all windows fully closed. Subpar Breakfast: Extremely low-quality ingredients. Cold cuts were unappetizing, halloumi was served raw instead of grilled, mushrooms were canned, and the plain yogurt had a bitter taste. Instead of real butter, cheap spreads were provided, the bread selection was limited to cheap baguettes, and there was no 100% fruit juice (only overly sweet machine drink mixes). This stay was a major disappointment, and I strongly advise against booking if you expect a true 4-star standard! While the hotel is advertised everywhere online as a 4-star property, reception staff admitted upon arrival that it is actually officially rated as 3 stars.
We had a lovely stay at Tasia Maris Seasons and overall really enjoyed the hotel. It's modern, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The food was good throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection and made-to-order omelettes, while dinner offered a variety of themed options including Greek, Italian and Asian dishes. Everything was well cooked and well seasoned. The staff are what really make this hotel. Laura was absolutely fantastic, always friendly, helpful and genuinely interested in making sure guests had a great stay. She also makes an excellent Piña Colada! 🍹 Panagiotis, the Assistant Manager, was equally impressive and went above and beyond to help us, particularly on our checkout day. There are a few things worth noting. The pool area is shaded for much of the morning, so if you're an early sun-seeker you may be disappointed. The all-inclusive package is more limited than many hotels, with drinks starting at 11am and snacks only available during certain hours. We also found the drinks quite weak and the air conditioning a little too powerful with limited control. Although the hotel is adults-only, it seemed to attract a younger crowd during our stay, and some groups could be quite noisy at times. There is also only one lift serving the whole hotel, which can mean long waits during busy periods. One issue future guests should be aware of is that the flooring around the pool and bar area becomes extremely slippery when wet. I suffered a fall myself and witnessed several other guests slipping or nearly losing their footing. The hotel should consider anti-slip measures to improve safety. Late checkout was unfortunately unavailable for us despite our evening flight, although shower facilities were provided for departing guests. Despite these points, we had a very enjoyable holiday. The hotel itself is lovely, the food is good, and the staff are exceptional. With a few improvements, particularly to the all-inclusive offering and poolside safety, this would be an even better hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Lovely clean hotel right in the centre of Ayia napa, close to all the bars, restaurants and harbour. Breakfast was nice and all the staff were wonderful, especially the lady at breakfast and the ladies at reception. It’s a long narrow pool with sun loungers and double beds, not loads and not a big area but still nice, but I like the beach anyway, great location if you want to be close to everything. We walked to nissi beach along the coast path and it took 40 minutes but there is buses for around 2euros or taxis for 10. The beach by the harbour which is 5 minutes away is lovely and sandy bay is around 25 minutes walking in the same direction as nissi beach. If you can get a room opposite the pool side, facing the luna park, you get fantastic sunsets. Our room was 508.
The staff at the bars, in the kitchen, and at the reception were very friendly and, most importantly, always helpful. For most of our stay, the pool was not overcrowded-the only issue appeared when two groups of guests overlapped. If you visit the dining area in the morning or at lunchtime, you will be warmly welcomed by Laura, who has a great sense of humor and makes the experience even more enjoyable. The only thing I would change is the variety of the food, as many dishes were repeated quite often.
The hotel is in an excellent and central location. The service at reception was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a really large and enjoyable swimming pool, which is a great place to relax and spend time. In my opinion, the breakfast could use some improvement in terms of quality and variety. There is an amusement park directly across from the hotel, and at night you can hear some noise from the rides. It’s something to keep in mind, but the hotel is located in a lively and central area, so it’s part of the atmosphere and location. Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay and really enjoyed the hotel.
