After several holidays in Mallorca, I can honestly say that The Sea Hotel by Grupotel is the best hotel I have stayed at on the island so far. From the very first day, I was impressed by the exceptional level of service and the professionalism of the entire staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making me feel truly valued throughout my stay. The hotel is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean, while the housekeeping service was outstanding. My room had a direct view of the beach and the sea, and waking up every morning with the Mediterranean visible right from my bed was simply unforgettable. The food was another highlight. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and offered a wide variety of options. No matter what time I arrived, there was always plenty to choose from. I was equally impressed by the quality of the drinks. Overall, this hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Its fantastic location, beautiful surroundings, exceptional service, and relaxing atmosphere made my holiday truly special. If I return to Mallorca, The Sea Hotel by Grupotel will definitely be my first choice. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my holiday so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Mallorca.
You will not be disappointed, as you are conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and the beach, which is right outside the front door. We have the all-inclusive option, and the meals are truly amazing. Breakfast is a buffet unlike any other, with different selections each day. Lunch is a sit-down experience where you can order from a menu, and dinner is a buffet with a variety of different foods every time. We will certainly be returning, and we thank you for the amazing hospitality.
We found a strand of hair on the pillow when we were in thr room. Need to clean more carefully. Terrace is wonderful, and reserved umbrella/ parasols nicer than those on the beach. The only downside is happening in the bar. I didn't imagine hot chocolate is server with nesquik bag(brand of chocolate powder) and hot milk… But this is culture difference. I was told hot chocolate here is usually served like this. Gracias！
May to June 2026 Holiday. We had 3 rooms and 1 of those was accessible. Fantastic Hotel. Lovely helpful very friendly staff that went the extra mile. Great customer service from the front desk, waiters and waitresses and bar staff and even the house keeping staff. Rooms were immaculate, beds very comfy, great showers and lovely balconies with sea views. Restaurant was immaculate and well organised and lots of choice on the Buffets which imo was geared up for the German visitors. Breakfast buffet was ok for me but amazing but enough choice for most people. A good old English breakfast was missing as most items were catering for the German guests. Super location with an amazing seafront beach dining and bar area and private beach area. The tide doesn’t really go out and the sea was lovely and warm to swim in. Crystal clear with beautiful small white fish with black stripes that followed you around. You can walk out 100m or so and be chest deep. Great promenade at can Picaforth with lots of choice for bars and food and shops. Loved the whole area. Go and visit the old town in Alcudia just €30 by taxi. Beautiful area. Cala bona is around €45 by taxi and a great day walking down to Cala Millor. Lots to see.
Nice view. Really clean room. Perfect housekeeping. Cleane and comfortable rooms. All in like in other hotels but on a bit higher level. Its one of the best hotels here. Better than iberostar group.
