Having recently stayed in this hotel for the first time, I'm now recommending it to anyone who asks. Before booking this holiday, I had read a few reviews about non-German guests feeling some type of way about the staff speaking German and only paying attention to Germans. I can honestly say this was not the case for us at all. The staff are highly trained in providing the best experience for their guests regardless of their nationality or language, especially considering the fact that some of them are multilingual and either asked us in advance which language we spoke or switched to English the second they realized we are not German. Speaking about the facilities, everything was spotless and the cleaning crew were attentive to detail and efficient both in communal spaces as well as cleaning the rooms. The food was also amazing. From then on, I have a few Turkish dishes that are now my favourite and I'm excited to either try to recreate them myself or come back to Turkey to experience them once again. Congratulations to the hotel management on running a successful business and adhering to high standards in every single aspect of their hotel experience.
Absolutely coming back, outstanding service, all staff are very helpful and friendly. Managers are second to none, everything run smoothly from start to finish. Everything kept spotless, hotel has had a makeover to a very high standard. Good mix of English and German people, although slightly more German. Adults only with great evening entertainment. Location- Great right on the beach near water sports. Dolmus bus stop 3 min walk and near shops and supermarket. Atmosphere- Friendly and inviting. Pool music wasn’t always on which was a little awkward. It would benefit from an Niki beach/ soho house style playlist. Enough activities and good variety of evening shows. They would benefit from investing is some better stage lights- some of the acts you couldn’t see their faces. Rooms- Modern and comfortable and the room stewards are wonderful. Value- Good value for money. Always food, drinks options are varied but generally a local version. Cleanliness- The staff are always cleaning somewhere or something. Noise levels- At night the base in our room was noisy from a neighbouring bar and in the am there were some worker trucks. This said, we both slept very well and didn’t mind being awake early to seize the day. Vegan/veggies options are fab at the buffet, however milk behind all bars for coffee would be amazing, and a sorbet or vegan ice cream at the cream station would also enhanced the experience. The shops and spa are a fabulous addition to the hotel. Plus water slides for adults were a massive bonus. Overall we had a wonderful time in a beautiful inviting hotel.
Trendy Palm Beach Hotel, Side, Antalya I never thought I would visit the same place twice, but here we are! We've just returned from our second stay and have already booked our third visit for next year. My review has to begin with the wonderful staff. From start to finish, they are always available to offer support, advice, and assistance, all with a smile and a kind word. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. There are plenty of areas to suit all tastes, including bars serving beer, cocktails, and spirits, as well as quieter areas offering iced coffees, lattes, teas, and soft drinks. There is also an excellent choice of dining options, whether you prefer the main restaurant, one of the à la carte restaurants, or simply pasta or a burger with chips. The entertainment is varied and enjoyable, with something to suit everyone. The pools are clean and well looked after, as are the surrounding grounds. There are plenty of sunbeds around the various pool areas, although they can become busy during peak times. The private beach is my favourite part of the hotel. It is clean, regularly maintained, and beautifully cared for throughout the day. Having Wi-Fi access on the beach is also a fantastic bonus! I would highly recommend Trendy Palm Beach and can confidently assure future visitors that they will not be disappointed. Thank you, Trendy Palm Beach, for two truly memorable holidays. Trendy palm side! Wow what a lovely place! Staff are amazing! The whole complex is continually cleaned! We had the Italian a la carte it was a lovely evening! We spent evenings in the lobby bar where the staff were brilliant! What a truly lovely place
