Just come home from a weeks stay here, couldn't fault it, staff are very friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean, both pools are clean with comfy sunbeds. The entertainment team are really engaging and run great day and evening events if you wish to join in. The restaurant run by George has plenty of choice , different food theme nights, you definitely won't go hungry . Only negative would be food wasn't always hot, but no problem as just zapped it in the microwave. I would definitely recommend hotel we had a fantastic time.
We read a lot of bad reviews before coming here and saw no need for it at all. The rooms and grounds were clean - immaculate even. All the staff were friendly and welcoming whenever you walked past any of them. Reception will book a taxi if you ask them to. The food was as you’d expect any buffet to be but they cook pizza fresh most lunches and evenings. They also have grilled items nightly and fresh eggs/omlettes/crepes in the mornings. We tend to eat out a couple of meals but this is nothing against the hotel it’s just something we do. It’s in a good location there are bars/supermarkets and places to eat in short walking distances. We booked this as a last-minute thing and we have no complaints at all!
This hotel was great, clean and aesthetic. The staff were amazing, Alberto on reception was super friendly and welcoming, providing knowledge on bus stops, taxis, Kos town and excursions. The entertainment team were great and also super friendly, they provided entertainment all day. Food and drink were very nice and the location is perfect, 2 minute walk from the beach, supermarkets and bus stops. The pool area was also very nice.
What a great hotel. Stayed for 10 days with family. We can not fault the service at the hotel, the staff work tirelessly. Our room was always left spotless. We had a small issue with the room, spoke to a receptionist and it was sorted straightaway. The pools are lovely. We felt safe getting in, out and walking around the pool. There are two pools that both look the same. One pool by the restaurant is shallower than the pool by the reception which is the one shown on the publicity photo of the hotel. This was great for two young, ‘nearly’ swimmers to play safely, always being watched by us and the life guards that they have on duty which was great when some guests got a bit adventurous in the water! The restaurant was brilliant. Managed well by George. We had two fussy young eaters with us and every day they found things they really enjoyed. The pizza’s are lovely and made fresh every day. The pizza man was very pleasant and works so hard keeping up with demand. The food was amazing. The variety of salads and hot food changed daily with themed days which added to the variety. The chefs preparing the food work non stop always bringing out fresh supplies. We made friends with Irine in the restaurant who worked so hard keeping the tables clean along with her colleagues. She was so lovely with us and the children and was very welcoming every day we saw her. At times the restaurant can get busy with a small queue for tables but George works hard to get everyone seated as soon as possible. With having young children with us we didn’t have an issue by going to the restaurant on the early side. The bar staff were also excellent working non stop from 10am then also making sure the 4pm ice creams were available. We stayed for some of the entertainment which was good but often left before it finished to get the children to bed. We had evening walks to the beach the shops and the supermarket. Getting into Kos town was also really easy using the bus service. We can not fault the location and facilities at this hotel and especially all the staff that work there.
Had a lovely 10 days here. Staff friendly. Very clean. We felt the food was being produced on a very tight budget, but the world is in the same situation. Beds great. Sunbeds great. Animation team fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay.
