Excellent family hotel with great value for money! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where the price-to-quality ratio is truly outstanding. Everything matched the description perfectly - no disappointments. This hotel is genuinely designed with children in mind. There are several dry pools, a huge play area, and a great kids' club that kept our children happily occupied throughout the holiday. For adults, there's a relaxing spa area with its own pool. The location is perfect - the hotel is situated right on the beach, with a beautiful promenade just steps away. The food is excellent: a varied buffet with plenty of choices for every taste. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. We were so impressed that we’re already planning to return again soon!
Honestly, I don’t understand how this hotel can be rated as a 4-star property. We’ve stayed at several comparable hotels in Greece and Turkey, and this one is nowhere near the same standard. If I had to rate it objectively, I would give it no more than 3 stars.
We booked the largest room, which was genuinely spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The sea is absolutely beautiful and crystal clear, and the adventure park for children is a great addition that our family really enjoyed.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives largely end.
The terrace was dirty, and the outdoor furniture was so worn out that it was barely usable. For a hotel claiming to be 4-star, this is simply unacceptable.
Around the pool, there are only about 10–20 sun loungers and roughly the same number of umbrellas. For a hotel of this size, that’s ridiculously inadequate. Unless you’re willing to get up at dawn, you have virtually no chance of finding a place to relax.
The biggest disappointment, however, was the beach. The hotel gives the impression that it has a private beach, but that simply isn’t true. Sun loungers cost €20 per day, and they sell out very quickly. Even more absurd is the fact that there aren’t enough umbrellas, so it’s apparently considered normal for guests to pay for a sun lounger without having any shade. It’s hard to imagine worse organization for a seaside hotel.
The food was also disappointing. About half of the dishes were clearly frozen or at least tasted like pre-prepared convenience food, while the other half was genuinely good. As a result, the quality of the meals was very inconsistent.
Parking was another major issue. There are simply not enough parking spaces for the number of guests, making it a recurring problem throughout the stay.
Overall, this hotel was a disappointment for us. While there were a few positives—the friendly staff, the spacious room, the beautiful crystal-clear sea, and the excellent children’s adventure park—they simply could not make up for the hotel’s fundamental shortcomings.
In our opinion, the 4-star rating is highly misleading. If you’re looking for a genuine 4-star experience, especially if you’ve stayed at hotels in Greece or Turkey before, you’ll most likely end up just as disappointed as we were.
Absolutely unforgettable stay!
This seaside hotel exceeded every possible expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome — warm, attentive, and always smiling. Their kindness and professionalism truly made the experience special.
Yhe cleanliness was simply impeccable. Every corner of the hotel felt fresh, beautifully maintained, and cared for with incredible attention to detail. It created such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere throughout our entire stay.
Every meal was delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. There was amazing variety, wonderful flavors, and everything tasted like it was made with love. Dining here was honestly one of the highlights of the trip.
Everything about this place is just super, the location, the service, the atmosphere, the experience. A perfect seaside getaway in every sense. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone looking for pure relaxation and joy by the sea.
The hotel is perfect for families with children, featuring two heated indoor pools, saunas, and a jacuzzi.
We arrived late for dinner, and in our room we were welcomed with beautifully packed dinner boxes that were more than sufficient.
Thank you for such a beautiful and memorable stay!
Adriano the manager of the hotel is very kind and helpful and the one of the TOP managers. Once again BIG thanks to him for his help to manage our short stay.
Great family hotel, staying there was very pleasant. We had a great room with perfect view. Pools are clean. So are children play rooms. One thing important to notice is that fun club, and other activities aren't open on Wednesday.
Food was amazing. Variety of choices for picky children. A lot of desert food. Staff was great too. Great hotel for winter stay with kids.
