This was our second time staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, this visit was much worse than the first one because of the housekeeping service.
We found dirty bed sheets, and on more than two occasions our room was not cleaned properly. Twice we had to go and ask for toilet paper ourselves because it had not been replaced. This is not the level of service expected from a hotel of this standard.
Another unacceptable moment happened in the elevator area. My 4-year-old daughter pressed the elevator button with her hand. I was already speaking to her and telling her not to do it, but a staff member reacted by shouting “Hey!” at her in a rude way. This was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. A 4-year-old child does not always understand immediately, and staff should react with patience and professionalism, not by shouting at a child.
On the positive side, the food was good. We would also like to thank Adam and Julia from the entertainment team. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and amazing with children. The pool activities, dancing, and games they organized made our holiday much more enjoyable, and we truly appreciate their positive energy.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but the housekeeping service needs significant improvement.
The expectations from a 5 star hotel are not met by any standard.
Room was fine for the price, we got a villa, but there was a constant bad smell outside that trickled in. Cold water instead of hot. Randomly...
Food was absolutely disastrous, not even the breakfast was good. Cooking a reasonable fried egg or putting up a sausage that is not the absolute cheapest synthetic is too high an ask. Also, selling their own cola and orange mix as Coca Cola or Fanta, not publishing the sugar content or what exactly it is they are serving I don't even know if it's legal. Ibis budget got nothing to envy here.
Finally, location is in the middle of nowhere and the pool opens at 10 and closes at 18, for my standpoint the hours are idiotic. Entertainment is scarce and you have to walk 1,5 km to get to a shop. Beach is quite poor.
Staff was fine, the person that greeted us at the entrance was very nice but half of the receptionists were eye rolling at every request.
2/10 would not recommend. It's ok for a 2-3 star location, but falls very very very far from a 5 star resort.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel was very nice, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.
A special mention goes to the animation team, who were fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. Every evening there was a different entertainment program, not only for children but also for adults, including quizzes, games, and fun activities.
The beach was also clean and well-kept, making it a perfect place to relax. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Very unsatisfied. I understand it's a family hotel but we didn't expect every day a new full bus loaded with children.
Accomodation rooms are ok but there were no nights that we didn't wake up, because of dog barking loudly at 3 am or because garbage car came in the night to take away garbage. Also In a 5 floor hotel with nearly everyone having a babycar and having only 1 elevator is ridiculous.
Food was not fresh, tomatoes were nearly dead and yet they place them for a salad. From fruits, you have a choice from over dated oranges, green banana and an apple.
You could see this resort is in degradation mode. Old staff (no offence , barman's did there best and were polite), no one who was controlling beach, every morning dirty tables and sunbeds all over the beach. Every sport place must be extra payed per hour. They were all the time empty.

Price / quality totally not matched.
Unfortunately, based on our experience, this resort does not live up to a 5-star standard.
The rooms are often cleaned between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM, which is exactly the time when we usually return to the room after lunch to rest, especially when traveling with a small child. The outdoor pool has also been closed for cleaning for two days now, which is a major disappointment for a resort of this category.
The food is quite repetitive. Breakfast and lunch are almost the same every day, while dinner changes only occasionally, for example when they serve fish or BBQ/grilled food. We expected a much more varied menu.
Almost everything is self-service. You have to get your own drinks, and the snack at the bar is basically just a ready-made sandwich taken out of the refrigerator. This is not the level of service we expected from a 5-star resort.
The sunbeds on the beach are also very low quality and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax properly.
The animation team is not very active either. They do not really approach guests or encourage children and adults to join sports, games, or other activities, which takes away from the atmosphere you would normally expect from a proper resort.
One positive point is the hotel’s location. Both sides of the hotel are oriented toward the sea, so many rooms face the sea, although the lower floors may have a very limited or no real sea view because they are too low.
Overall, the hotel is not bad, but the level of service, food variety, organization, beach equipment, and entertainment do not match what we would expect from a 5-star resort. In our opinion, it feels more like a lower-category hotel than a true 5-star resort.
