Everything was perfect! I enjoyed the hotel a lot. Service is incredible, the kitchen was AMAZING!! Every time I could barely walk after eating a half of a buffet… Also the beach is really nice, and stuff and animation team were very good. We went to the clubs every night and they were supporting us and looking after us, so everything was funny and secure. I recommend this hotel a lot! If u’re still thinking about coming here or not: u should definitely come!!
We stayed at Crystal De Luxe Resort & Spa and were very pleased! The hotel fully lived up to our expectations. We especially liked its convenient location — the beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and there are shops, cafés, and the center of Kemer nearby. The food was excellent: every day there was a wide selection of meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, and delicious desserts. There was always something new to try. Special thanks to all the staff for their friendliness and attentive service. The employees were always smiling, ready to help, and created a truly pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were cleaned daily, and everything was clean and tidy. We also enjoyed the entertainment program — there were activities during the day, as well as interesting shows and live music in the evenings. The spa area also made a very good impression: it was clean and peaceful, and a great place to relax. We had a wonderful holiday. We would be happy to return and will gladly recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

From the very first day, you can truly feel taken care of. The team reacts quickly to guests’ needs and always does their best to ensure everyone feels comfortable and relaxed. It is the staff who create the wonderful atmosphere of this hotel. Special thanks go to the manager, Ludmila, who is exceptionally caring, attentive, and professional. You can clearly see that she genuinely cares about the guests and their well-being. She is always reliable, ready to help in every situation, and makes people feel truly special and appreciated. Huge appreciation also goes to Ismed, who always makes sure guests are entertained and having a great time. He brings amazing energy, positivity, and humor every day, ensuring that everyone enjoys their stay and never lacks anything. The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms and common areas are cleaned regularly, and overall the property leaves a very positive impression. However, it is noticeable that the hotel is no longer the newest, and in some places you can see signs of aging and the passage of time. The food is good, although it could definitely be more varied and of slightly better quality, especially during a longer stay when some repetition becomes noticeable. Despite a few minor downsides, we have very positive memories of our stay mainly because of the fantastic staff, who do everything possible to make guests feel comfortable and truly relaxed. This hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and employees with genuinely big hearts. We would happily come back again.
