Thx to co pilot for structurizing my chaotic review ;)
After visiting Evenia Palace for 17 years, I can confidently say this hotel remains one of the most reliable and enjoyable choices for me. Whether you’re traveling as a family or a couple, the atmosphere is welcoming, safe, and consistently well‑managed.
Animation & Staff
The animation team is fantastic — friendly, energetic, and genuinely connected to returning guests. Staff retention is clearly strong; seeing the same bartenders and entertainers year after year speaks volumes about the hotel’s work environment and service quality.
Facilities
The hotel offers three pools, including a dedicated children’s pool with toys, slides for adults, weekly inflatable attractions, and foam cannon events. Security is excellent: no noise, no party crowds, and a fair system for pool beds (towels removed after an hour of no use).
Dining
The Coral and Aras restaurants provide a wide variety of dishes with themed evenings like Oriental and Tapas. The dessert and candy buffet is a highlight. Occasionally the food could be hotter, but the overall selection is impressive.
All Inclusive Gold
Generous drinks, friendly bartenders, and a calm atmosphere — perfect for guests who want quality without the party vibe.
Accessibility
Despite the hotel’s multi‑level layout, accessibility is excellent. Ramps throughout the property, reserved restaurant tables, and easy access to pool areas make it very wheelchair‑friendly.
Minor Downsides (nothing is perfect)
Wifi can be inconsistent in the resort, though 5G works well around the pool and pergola.
Overall
Evenia Palace is a warm, safe, and family‑friendly hotel with great service, excellent entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests returning year after year. Highly recommended.
We had a very enjoyable stay at Evenia Olympic Palace. The hotel was comfortable, well organised, and a very good choice for a family holiday.
The pool area was one of the highlights. There were several pools and plenty of space to relax, while the children had many options for swimming and entertainment.
The food was also excellent. There was a wide variety of dishes, the quality was very good, and everyone in our family could easily find something they liked.
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly return.
We had a great stay. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pools and the mini club. The food was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The resort was exceptionally clean, and we were impressed to see all areas being cleaned and maintained daily. We would highly recommend this resort – it offers fantastic value for money.
Start with the room. Family room for 5.
3 children on a fold out sofa bed which was on wheels and not the comfiest of beds to sleep on for 5 nights. The TV in their room didn't work althought it was a smart TV it was not connected to the internet and having tried multiple times it would not connect. The TV in our part of the room was Spanish Freeview only and most channels were scrambled and/or had no signal.
The room was relatively clean however had tiny stones all over the floor which was very frustrating. Although I say the room was relatively clean all the curtains were stained and some of our bedding was also stained. Clean but stained which was quite off putting for me.
Food: Theme nights for dinner every day and had pizza and chips every day for the kids. Staff in the restaurant were very pleasant and helpful.
Pools: Your kids will love it. Can't put it any other way. Splash pool with slides for little ones. Pool with big slides for slightly bigger kids and for us giant kids was great fun.
4 pools in total but having small kids stayed around the kids pools all day and was great fun.
Evening entertainment was incredible for my youngest (3). Sing alongs every night and then entertainment after that. One night they had bouncy castles and spray tattoos and other games.
Lastly. The WiFi is absolutely atrocious in the room we stayed in and throughout the hotel. Took almost 2 hours to download a film on Disney + from our room.
Stayed here 2 nights along with my sons Soccer team.
Pros: beautiful pool area, great coffee at the bar. Lots of socializing space if you just want to sit and relax chatting with your groups. Soccer, basketball, ping pong and more activities to do outside. Buffet was good for all meals. Always found something to eat. The area is short walk to the beautiful town.
Cons: rooms are very old and if you can hear conversations of guests in rooms
Right next to you and put in the hall. No privacy. We had chicken bones in our waste basket when we arrived and hair all over the shower so you know the washroom was not clean. I Lysol wipes it myself. No shampoo in the dispenser. The room was not ready for guests. Great view from
The rooms though. Staff in the buffet was a bit rude at times and when I showed one of the servers a completely raw chicken Skewer, she rolled her eyes and walk away with it.
The safe you have to pay $10 a day. Two members of the group has money stolen from their bags. $400 euros combined. For the rest of the trip we left the room within all our money and passports every time. We placed a do not disturb sign on our room and it was still entered and cleaned.
