I highly recommend this hotel! 😊 The food was very good, everything was clean — both the rooms and the entire hotel area. The rooms were tidy and cleaned every day. The staff were very kind, friendly, and helpful.
Special thanks and recommendations to the waiter Dias! 👏 He is an amazing person, very professional, always smiling, and provides the best service. He speaks Polish, which he learned by himself, and he also speaks many other languages.
Great hotel!!
Delicious food, polite and great animators, very cool animations everyone will find something for themselves, friendly staff, the best animators I just recommend to everyone the most in memory of the animators I fell Dino! Just great thanks to the animators this holiday was much better and it's possible that I'm going back there next year so it was great
I just finished a 2 night stay at Galeri Resort Hotel, and it was AMAZING. From the food to the staff to the environment, everything was top tier. There were a variety of traditional Turkish dishes available for breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack times. Additionally, there were a variety of international food options. The staff were always very attentive, helpful and kind to guests at the hotel. The rooms were cleaned daily. The showers were exceptional with fancy, curved sliding glass doors. Shampoo and soap are provided complimentary for guests. Events are coordinated throughout the days for guests along with nightly entertainment after dinner. The hotel provides easy access to the beach. It’s the perfect place to lounge in the summer sun all day. There are also multiple pools and water slides for families to hang out in during the day. Overall, I felt extremely relaxed and stress-free during my stay at Galeri. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to stay in Alanya to stay at this hotel. Galeri provides the attention to guests of a family-run hotel while also providing the luxuries of a 10 star hotel.
I stayed at this hotel with my friends from June 25 to June 30.
The staff were very friendly. I never experienced any rudeness during my stay (except maybe the guy in the souvenir shop, haha).
Rooms: We booked a standard room, and without paying anything extra we got a sea view. The room was cleaned every day, and the minibar was restocked daily with complimentary water and soft drinks.
Restaurant: There was a great variety of food. For seafood lovers, they served shrimp, squid, different kinds of fish, octopus, and salmon at the terrace restaurant.
Entertainment: There was always something to do. The animation team encouraged everyone to join activities like beach volleyball, pool volleyball, and more. Every evening there was something different: karaoke, a disco on the pier, chefs’ shows, live music, Colombian performances, African dance shows, and more.
The hotel grounds aren’t very large, but in this case that’s actually a big advantage. Everything is close by, which makes it very convenient.
Beach: The sea is just a one-minute walk from the rooms. There were always plenty of free sunbeds. The beach is pebbly rather than sandy, so I highly recommend bringing water shoes. You can also buy them at the hotel, but they cost around €12.
Bar: Great selection of drinks, delicious cocktails, imported spirits, coffee, coffee cocktails, and the bartenders were always very friendly.
10/10! One small request though—please hang a Ukrainian flag at the entrance alongside the other national flags. It would make us very happy, haha.
Great Animation and a Wonderful Holiday!
We stayed at Galeri Resort Hotel from August 13th to 20th, and we absolutely loved it! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great and comfortable holiday.
The hotel grounds are not very large, but for us, this was a big advantage: everything is close by — the sea, the pool, the rooms and the restaurant. The food was very good and varied and was accessible the whole day. The rooms were clean, cleaned every day, and the minibar was regularly replenished. The sea was warm and clean, and there is a convenient pier.
But what I especially want to highlight is the animation team — they are truly an amazing team that creates an incredible atmosphere throughout the entire holiday!
Our mornings started with yoga/ Pilates with Alfia. She pays great attention to each guest, explains the exercises carefully, and helps everyone perform them correctly. It was a wonderful way to start the day.
Then came beach volleyball with Peri. It was a great way to get energized, have fun, and enjoy some friendly competition. Morning volleyball became an essential part of our daily routine.
Super Peri also runs water aerobics — it was so much fun, and everyone loved it!
At 12 o’clock, there was the Pool Game, with the whole animation team taking part. There were so many funny and unforgettable moments!
My husband especially enjoyed playing darts with Dino — what a great guy! It was fun, exciting, and full of positive energy.
I also want to give a special mention to the mini-disco with the cheerful Elena. The children loved dancing and taking part in the program every evening. You can see that she puts her whole heart and soul into her work. Elena and Nastya, the mini-club animators, are both amazing!
Every evening there was an interesting program like karaoke, Turkish night, a disco on the pier, live music, ecc.
I especially want to mention the comedy show! Honestly, it was hard to believe that they were just animators — they are real performers! It was incredibly funny and very professional. I won’t reveal any details of the acts so as not to spoil the surprise for future guests, but this show is definitely worth seeing!
The head of the animation team, Omer, is simply a star! He really knows how to energize the audience and create the atmosphere of a real show. And his duet with Turce was outstanding — real artistry, energy, and fantastic stage presence!
And, of course, the evening dancing! Dino, Peri, and Elena are great dancers and have such incredible, infectious energy. They really know how to get everyone involved — you simply cannot sit still, you just want to get up and dance with them! Their energy spreads to everyone around and creates an amazing atmosphere.
There was a wonderful mood, friendliness, and positivity throughout the entire week. We loved everything!
A huge thank you to the whole team: Omer, Turce, Elena, Peri, Dino, Alfia, Anastasia, and DJ Denis. Thank you for your hard work and for bringing so much joy to the guests! We truly enjoyed our holiday!
