Gloria Serenity Resort – All Inclusive

We have just come back from the most amazing holiday at Gloria Serenity Resort with friends and honestly, we had the best time. The hotel is such a special place and from the moment we arrived we felt so well looked after. Everything about the resort is beautiful, and it’s the kind of place where you can completely relax and just enjoy being away together. What really made the holiday for us though was the people. Every single person we came across was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble and we genuinely felt like everyone went out of their way to make sure we were having the best time.We had such a lovely time and really didn’t want to leave! A huge thank you to everyone at Gloria Serenity Resort for looking after us so well and making our holiday so special. We will definitely be back!

If I could give the Gloria Serenity Resort a 100 out of 5 stars, I would definitely give it the highest rating. From the moment you step inside, you're immediately immersed in an atmosphere of luxury, beauty, tranquility, peace, and care. You feel very welcome here; everyone is smiling, everyone is eager to help—the service is excellent everywhere. The food deserves a special high rating—the presentation and taste are top-notch. It's no wonder someone wrote that the dishes are sometimes Michelin-starred—I confirm it, it's truly true. The grounds are magnificent—a beauty you want to savor forever. The Guest Relations team is incredibly attentive! If they receive any complaints about rule violations, they immediately resolve them. When I first arrived at the Gloria Serenity Hotel, I immediately knew I'd be a regular—everything is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you to the entire management and staff for maintaining excellent service, for their wonderful and attentive attitude toward their guests, and for adhering to the highest standards! We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic hotel with our family. Everything was perfect, from the facilities to the overall atmosphere. I would especially like to thank the entire staff for their outstanding hospitality, and a special thank you to Mr. Özkan Çelik. His professionalism, kindness, and exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate everything and look forward to coming back again.

It’s a great hotel, mostly preferred by families with kids. It has three different kids, clubs, indoor, and outdoor pool, and you also might get a private pool depending on the type of room you choose. The food in the main restaurant has been top-tier every single night. And most importantly, it’s one of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to from the public areas like the lobby, Gym, the pool to private areas like your room‘s bathroom or even your doorstep. The staff is very helpful and kind even on a national holiday where they get high volume of people. They also have a variety of à la carte restaurants which offers a fun change if you’re looking for a fancy dinner.

We have been vacationing in Turkey since 1996 and, over this time, have stayed in almost all the top hotels. However, Gloria Serenity Resort is the first hotel where we encountered such treatment of guests. The most shocking part is that all of this happened within the first three hours after check-in. That was our very first impression of the hotel. A conflict took place on the beach which ended with me being first splashed with water and then physically struck by a woman. There were witnesses—hotel guests who also approached staff to complain about this woman’s aggressive behavior, but in the end, no one seemed interested. We waited about 30 minutes for security to arrive. What is most outrageous is that the woman who hit me was not even staying at Gloria Serenity Resort, but at Gloria Golf Resort, where the price is almost twice as low. We paid significantly more, choosing a more expensive hotel expecting safety, service, and appropriate standards. Instead, we were the ones who suffered. Instead of intervening quickly and protecting their guests, the management repeatedly gave the same response: “This is a conflict between guests. The hotel is not responsible for it.” When I said that I would call the police and share the incident on social media and travel platforms, the answer was simple: “That is your right. Do whatever you want. If you call the police, we will assist them. If you want to write about it online, go ahead.” These same phrases were repeated over and over again. Yes, the staff did say “sorry,” but it sounded like a rehearsed phrase with no emotion and no real willingness to help. Instead of resolving the situation, we were constantly told it was a “guest-to-guest conflict” and that the hotel bears no responsibility. It created a complete impression of indifference—both toward guests and toward their own reputation. Separately, I would like to mention the hostesses. This is probably the most unpleasant staff we have ever encountered. Very rude, arrogant, speaking as if they are doing guests a huge favor. There is no willingness to help—only indifference. When we entered the room, the duvet cover was dirty and full of stains. For a five-star premium hotel, this is completely unacceptable. We also asked for extra towels. We had to wait almost two hours for them. In addition, within just the first days of our stay, we encountered many more unpleasant issues: • There is a serious shortage of sunbeds on the beach. People reserve them early in the morning with towels and leave for half the day. Staff do not control this at all, although in hotels of this level this issue should have been solved long ago. • If any problem arises on the beach, there is practically no assistance from staff. • Another “surprise” is the iron. In 2026, in a premium hotel, you cannot simply iron your clothes. You have to call, request an iron, wait for it to be delivered, and then it is taken back after 30–60 minutes. Honestly, we have not seen anything like this for 10–15 years. For a hotel that positions itself as luxury, this is simply ridiculous. • Overall service does not correspond at all to a five-star premium standard. The guest is not a priority in this hotel. The most disappointing part is that after all this, we still have a full week left here. Instead of a long-awaited holiday, we received stress within the first hours of arrival and now have to continue our stay knowing that if something similar happens again, management will once again simply say: “This is a conflict between guests.” We came to Gloria Serenity Resort expecting a peaceful holiday, high service standards, and a sense of safety. Unfortunately, we experienced the exact opposite. For this price, guests should receive safety, respect, cleanliness, and proper service. Gloria Serenity Resort, unfortunately, does not provide this. I do not recommend this hotel. I will never return here again. For this money, there are far better options—many of them.
