Grecotel Casa Paradiso

We’ve just come back from our stay at Grecotel Casa Paradiso and we had the most special holiday. It was our anniversary so mentioned on our booking and we had a lovely welcome into our room with a bottle of wine, flowers on the bed and a lovely card with a message for our anniversary which was a lovely touch. Leading up to our stay I had been in contact on the WhatsApp with Nikoleta as I was planning to propose to my partner and wanted it to be private and intimate as me and my partner aren’t the type of people for big displays. I was made aware of a private dining option that is on the beach which from seeing the photos of what it would look like I knew that would be it. They had a couple of set menus to choose from, however my partner is very fussy and would just be happy with a gyros plate so I asked if it would be possible to change the menu to that. Nikoleta was amazing contacting the chef to see what they could do and they were able to change it just for us, which was so lovely because it made the night feel even more unique and personal. When arriving I didn’t want to pay when my partner was with me on arrival and Nikoleta was very discreet over this as we had sat down in the lobby with welcome drinks and I went over separately to pay for the city tax and secretly pay for the dinner too. We met Nikoleta at our agreed time for the dinner in the lobby and she walked us to our table on the beach, she gave us a lovely tour along the way of the grounds of the hotel and was really helpful in pointing out the local bus stop too. Once we arrived at our table it was the most perfect setting and the whole food, service and everything was absolutely amazing. Being an LGBT couple we are always a bit anxious being out and having a couple moment due to having past discrimination but we felt so welcomed and accepted not just during our private dinner but during our whole stay which was just so comforting. For the rest of our stay the team were so helpful for if we needed anything and the service throughout the hotel in the bars, snack bar and restaurant was amazing! If we do go back to Kos we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much to Nikoleta and all the team for making our engagement so special and for making the rest our holiday celebrating amazing too!

This is our third stay at Grecotel Casa Paradiso. We even tried another hotel one year, but ended up coming back—and that probably says more than anything else. If someone asked us for the one reason we keep returning, we honestly couldn’t name just one. It’s the overall experience. Everything simply comes together perfectly. The setting is beautiful, the beach is literally right on your doorstep, the atmosphere is peaceful because it’s away from the busy tourist areas, yet you’re never far from anything you might need. It’s wonderfully family-friendly without feeling like a hotel exclusively for families. Whether you’re traveling with children or not, the atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone. The staff are genuinely kind and make you feel appreciated throughout your stay. We’ve seen some negative reviews, but we believe many of them focus on one specific expectation. This hotel isn’t about one extraordinary feature—it’s about how everything works together. Nothing feels out of place. The result is a charming, idyllic place where it’s simply easy to relax and enjoy your holiday. The biggest compliment we can give is this: we still have two days left of our current stay, and we’re already talking about coming back for a fourth time. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant and memorable stay at Casa Paradiso Hotel in Kos Island. The hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, friendly staff, and a relaxing environment that makes it a great place to enjoy a holiday. One of the things that really impressed us was the attention to detail and the kindness of the staff. We had mentioned that it was our birthday on this date, and without us requesting anything, the hotel surprised us with a birthday cake, a bottle of wine, spoons, small plates, and a lovely card. This was a very special gesture and made our stay even more unforgettable. It showed genuine care and hospitality from the hotel team. Regarding food, there is no halal food available at the hotel. However, there are plenty of vegetable and fish options, which made it easy to find suitable choices. The buffet changes daily, offering a good variety throughout the stay. Our recommendation for the hotel would be to include halal food options in the future. Overall, Casa Paradiso Hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay in Kos. The hospitality, thoughtful service, and relaxing setting made our experience very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this hotel for . The hotel itself is nice, especially being on beach front but the location isn't near any attractions; however, it's easy to get a taxi to places or bus but it does come every so often . The staff were nice, although some didn’t speak English, which made communication difficult, especially upon arrival and check-in. They do provide packed lunches when we arrived late at night. The birthday package they provided was also really good and was pleased with . The food was repetitive, lacking variety, and the water tasted odd, so I recommend buying bottled water. Managing my allergies was challenging since nothing was labeled and I did struggle with this a lot . The hotel shop is quite expensive, and the entertainment was not the best . However the cocktail servers were great, and the drink selection was good. Our room had an unpleasant smell from the drains that needs addressing. Unfortunately, towards the end of our stay, some change and money disappeared from our room, which was disappointing. I should have used the safe which you have to pay for . The al la carte restaurant was a highlight, especially Maria, who was incredibly accommodating with my allergies. I found her the only one who took my allergies seriously. She was amazing and her service was incredible . The WhatsApp service was also responsive. Unfortunately the massage service was not available when we went which was disappointing however I found a salon nearby who I went too instead which was nice. Overall, it’s a family-friendly hotel with nice but somewhat outdated rooms. The incident with the cleaners did affect our perception of the hotel. The convenience of having a car rental and TUI rep in the hotel was a plus.

Had a great holiday here, rooms were clean and spacious with good air con. 2 pools were great and a nice beach. The staff were very friendly, especially Maria on the bar who went the extra mile to serve drinks including some amazing cocktails that she created. Food was good and although a bit repetitive, was still enjoyable. I would stay here again but it is very family oriented. So there’s allot of kids, even in low season (late June). My only issue is the location, you are very far out to get anywhere out of the complex. Fortunately I got a local taxi drivers number and arranged pick ups with him via what’s app. There is also a bus to Kos Town just outside the hotel. Is also recommended hiring a car at the hotel, they had one with us within an hour and saw some great locations on the island. The 3 island boat cruise was great and I loved a sunset meal at Zia. Another cool thing was the gardens in the hotel with all their home grown produce and the sunsets were beautiful. Definitely come here folks….
