The rooms are genuinely "just to survive" some of the coverage of the cables had been pulled off. No mini fridge or anything that could cool. Along with that there was no air conditioner, sleeping was a nightmare. There were a bunch of stains on the carpet, following that theme, the counters of the bathroom were stained with toothpaste. Through out our whole visit there was a weird smell in our room. You could only pay cash at the register. But what was good was definitely the hotel breakfast buffet. The hotel is in a great location since many shops are just a 15-20 minute walk away. You can also walk across the road and go visit a restaurant or zabka who both are open till 11 pm. The sea is just a short walk away as well.

Worst Hotel EVER tried. Everything was wrong in this hotel. The staff seemed angry. The double bed was not actually big. The bed was too small for me. My feet was laying out over the edge. (I’m 176 cm.) The dinner food felt like a brunch if you come 15 minutes too late at least. The toilet seat is smaller than the actual toilet. The shower couldn’t hold itself. Staff refused to give shampoo. We had to ask for a 3rd towel even thoguh we announced it at before arrival. They did DEFINETLY not give hot chocolate drink in cup to a kid even though they have 3 machines being able to do if for the person wanting the hot chocolate. All of the photos they’re showing are photoshopped to give it more color and vibrance and enhance the view BUT when you’re actually there it doesn’t look as in the picture shown. The pool water was actually fine INSIDE. (That’s the first and only +1 point there). The pool inside have 6-7 chairs fit for 1 person per chair that’s supposed to be enough when they have 200+ rooms with guests and families that most likely wants to use the pool too. The other guests did NOT follow the sign saying to bathe BEFORE going into the pool water. They’d rather just jump into the pool. The parking lot was FILLED with people who arent even STAYING at the hotel. The Polish parking guard told us that he was NOT able to open the gate then 3 minutes later he went and opened it MANUALLY for someone else. EVEN THOUGH WE BOOKED A PLACE STAY AT THE HOTEL WE WERE TOLD TO DRIVE TILL ANOTHER parking lot and they meant we were supposed to carry out luggage from a parking lot long away from and to the hotel and then we had to walk back to get the rest of the luggage. No wifi in the rooms only in public spaces and then it’s so bad you can’t even connect to it. The food does not taste of anything and they serve bread and butter with some salat for dinner but if you’re quick you might catch some meat. THIS HOTEL IS THE WORST F*CKING HOTEL I’VE EVER SEEN. I’LL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PIECE OF SH*T HOLE.

To start with the positive aspects: it's not raining inside. The pensioner that works nightshifts at the reception is super kind and caring. This is unfortunately everything that's positive about this place The parking lot is way to small we paid 50 euros for a spot on the curbs where we had tu unload the car completely in order to get enough clearance to drive there. The beds are absolutely unusable. They are super dirty and supposed the be changed in 2014. We could feel every one of the used up and partial broken springs. We complained and after the 6th attempt we were offered an other room. The beds were ok but the bathroom dirty and the drainage leaking. So we left the hotel. Maybe there is an second upside: after one day here the new hotel feels like the thi Hilton. So if you want to feel graceful for having the your prepaid meals when you want to eat or a second glass of water for breakfast then spend one night here and enjoy the hotel afterwards even more.

I was invited by a friend, however, I encountered difficulties in reaching their room despite having the room number. After attempting to obtain information at the reception, I was refused assistance. I expected the hotel staff to be more helpful in such a situation. I hope the hotel will take steps to improve guest service

Lovely rooms. Water tea coffee etc supplied but not topped up daily. Self servive beakfast was good with a nice big selection but could be really busy and the seating was very tight.
