We were very satisfied with the hotel overall. The food was really delicious, much better than what we usually experience at hotels. Especially the dinners were very impressive. The cocktails were also amazing, both in presentation and taste. We tried several different cocktails during the day and enjoyed all of them. The staff was friendly and attentive as well. It definitely became a hotel we would choose again.
We (2 Adults and 2 Kids) have been here one week.
Good things:
1. Amazing views
2. Two big swimming pools, one heated pool, really nice Hamam (❤️), small Aquapark with very nice Staff.
3. Food is really good.
4. Tasty Baklava everyday.
5. Very good Cocktail-Menu with a huge variety of non-alcoholic ones.
6. Very few smokers (we don't like smokers)
7. Aloooooot of sun loungers
8. A lot of places to chill.
9. The hotel is located just near the Pharmacy, Supermarket and everything you might need.
10. Good taxi fares, if ordered directly from the hotel.
Negatives:
1. Very loud celebrating location/restaurant and neighboring hotel near our room, with turkisch weddings and parties till 2-4 AM!!!! During our first 4 days of stay we could not close windows at night, since it was too hot, because of an AC malfunction and hotel staff indifference to our complaints. Even after the AC had finally started working, we still could not sleep because of those exhausting parties!
2. We have had a non - functioning AC during the summer season! Our kids could not sleep because of extreme heat! The AC was completely off. Only after the third time (4 days from 8 did pass by), after we have had to call our traveling agent, because of the matter, finally came a technician, who had turned our AC on.
3. There were way too little activities, offered for elder kids (from 8 years old). The activities, which the hotel staff offers, work mostly for kid's between 3-6 years old.
Summary:
Nice hotel with very bad noise isolation and sometimes quite unresponsive staff (AC).
I stayed here from July 17, 2026, to July 24, 2026, in room 5510 as part of the Ultra All Inclusive program. Despite some technical issues in my room, I rate my stay very positively and had a great, relaxing time.
Positives:
Location & Ambience: Gorgeous location with beautiful mountains in the background. Plenty of shopping options right outside the hotel exit. The hotel interior is very stylish, complemented by a pleasant scent and background music. The garden and the entire grounds are beautiful, stylish, and extremely well-maintained.
Beach & Facilities: Extensive beach with always enough sun loungers, all in excellent condition. Lifeguards and security are present. The resort layout includes multiple bars and food corners, making them very close to both the pools and the beach.
Dining: There are 3 à la carte restaurants and a menu restaurant available 21 hours a day, so there is no chance you will stay hungry. The food is very tasty with a wide, constantly changing selection.
Staff: There is plenty of staff everywhere; they are very polite and helpful, and even if professionalism is occasionally lacking, they really try. Since the resort's clientele is mostly Russian-speaking, the staff's language skills are adapted accordingly.
Program & Amenities: Although the hotel is not strictly family-oriented, there are nice attractions for children. The daily animation and overall program are very pleasant. Besides outdoor pools, there is an indoor pool in the SPA center, which also offers saunas and massages.
Sea & Beach Details: The beach is very nice and the sea is clear. At the water’s edge, there are small pebbles transitioning to larger ones, though they are never sharp. Further out from the shore, it is clean sand. I recommend wearing water shoes—it makes walking on hot pebbles and getting out of the water much easier. If you are a snorkeling enthusiast, however, you might be a bit disappointed.
Negatives:
Room Condition & Shortcomings: I don't know about other rooms, but ours was not modern and had quite a few technical shortcomings. Although relatively clean, there were visible stains on the upholstered furniture and carpet.
Issues Upon Check-in: When we received the room, the air conditioning was out of order (it was 29 °C inside), there was a broken plastic chair on the terrace, soap and hand cream dispensers were empty, the picture above the bed almost fell on our heads, the shower drain cover was loose, and the wallpaper in the shower was peeling from the bottom. Overall, the furnishings do not quite match stylistically, though that might just be my opinion.
Maintenance Response: Most defects were fixed immediately, and the air conditioning was resolved after multiple follow-ups. A few items, such as the drain cover and peeling wallpaper, were not fixed.
Room Modernization: The hotel has clearly started by renovating its common areas first. In a 5-star establishment, I would expect higher-quality terrace furniture. The terrace itself is huge but spatially underutilized—there could easily have been at least two sun loungers. Overall, the room definitely deserves modernization.
Odor warning! A miserable hotel with a rude, unprofessional manager – Belevi – who is completely incapable of handling basic issues and lacks any diplomacy! Room 5016 is a filthy, stinking mess – a strong smell of urine masked with Turkish chemical products. I have a one-year-old child who needed to sleep. I tried to change rooms, but they had no other options. I've been going to Turkey for 13 years, and this is the worst experience ever. It's a shame because the hotel view is beautiful, but the rude manager and incompetent staff ruin everything! Not recommended – stay away!
Really great hotel, I liked most of the things here, breathtaking views of Kemer and the salty sea which was so good for health
Bar is great too, waitress Sema was absolutely amazing
