A fantastic hotel for large families and children. There is something for everyone, with plenty of activities and entertainment throughout the day. The animators are extremely friendly, welcoming and always make guests feel happy and well looked after.
The pool bar in the evening is something truly special — it feels like entering another world! The atmosphere, music, staff and service are absolutely incredible. This bar really makes the hotel even better and creates unforgettable evenings.
The food was also very good, with plenty of variety to choose from. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed our holiday. We would definitely come back!
What a fantastic holiday we had! ❤️ I came away with my sister, who had never been abroad before, and we made some lovely memories together.
The hotel itself is a little dated and could do with some TLC and a bit of a spruce-up, but the outside areas more than made up for it! The pools, splash park and beach area were brilliant, with plenty of space and options to suit everyone.
If you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing sunbathing experience, I’d recommend the Olympic pool. However, we spent most of our time at the main entertainment pool, where there was always something going on! ☀️
The entertainment team were absolutely amazing. They organised a variety of activities throughout the day for everyone to get involved in and provided great entertainment in the evenings. They really do work so hard to keep everyone entertained and make the holiday special.
A massive thank you to Leoni, Lauren, Tiago, Hatchi and Yoga for making our stay even more enjoyable! You all played a huge part in making our holiday so memorable. ❤️
There’s also a lovely coastal walk from the hotel into Kos Town, where you can enjoy some beautiful views and see the marina along the way. If walking isn’t for you, there are scooters and bikes available to hire just outside the hotel, which are great fun too! 🚲🌊
We would definitely recommend this place, and Kos itself is absolutely beautiful. 🇬🇷 We had such a lovely time and came away with some amazing memories together! ❤️
Still here with one day left and am writing this review as the services are so terrible and disgusting, and the management and hotel staff couldn’t care less:
- vent caving in on ceiling, informed staff at front desk , told it would be fixed, and nothing came of it
- main lights were out in room, informed front desk staff, told it would be fixed nothing came of it
- bathroom door was off its hinges, informed staff at desk and it was fixed the next day
- room often smell like sewage due to open and backed up drains in the room, most of the time the entire compound stinks
-the entertainment is incredibly loud and often runs over the 11pm cutoff time. My room is not even close to the stage but I could still hear the music through my ear plugs while trying to sleep
- dinner situation is disgusting. Runs 18.30-21.00 for about a thousand people. Food is hosted in one room and for half of dinner time there are queues ranging the length AND width of the room. If you go before 20.00 you will be waiting at least 20 mins in the queue. If you go after 20.00 there will be no food and whatever is left will be cold. After 19.00 there are consistently no forks, tonight I stood waiting for 15 mins for a fork. There were several of us and the staff brought out THREE clean forks.
- continental breakfast is advertised as 10-11 and is packed away before 10.30.
- housekeeping will not replenish tea, coffee, sugar, cups, and are supposed to. My family staying in another room had no cups upon arrival and asked for some from front desk staff and housekeeping multiple times over 2 days and still received none despite being told they would be replenished every day with housekeeping
- facilities are defunct and not as advertised. A selling point of the resort is their advertised mini soccer, table tennis, mini golf, tennis, volleyball and basketball upon deposit, asked at the front desk, and was told very bluntly that there is no equipment as it was lost or stolen and not replaced.
- pools are filled with debris that is not ever cleared out
- staff at bars look incredibly unhappy and overrun, very understaffed. I often waited 30+ mins for a drink at night. This includes water or lemonade as despite this being an all inclusive, water is not readily available and you have to purchase your own, as the tap water is not safe to drink.
- messes made by guests are not cleared, rubbish left in the pool table room and still there multiple days in a row, pop on the floor, missing 1 pool cue, 4 of 5 of them are broken
-food is not available at all times despite the large number of residents, and advertised snacks are not available at 12-16 OR 17.30-18.30 as advertised
- safe has instructions that do not match up with safe, safe also does not work
-bathtub is stained. Luckily mine has a plug. The other two rooms my family booked didn’t have one, and when they asked the staff, they were told they weren’t allowed to have plugs and they wouldn’t be getting one, despite me having a plug in my bath, feels like someone’s lying here.
- facilities are overall disgusting and outdated, and it’s clear the resort is full of unhappy workers and looks rank, run down and outdated. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy
We stayed at Kipriotis Village Resort from 23-28 June. Although a last minute deal I was reluctant to book due to the previous reviews I’ve saw however, we took the option to go with this resort as Often people write a review when they think it’s bad, but they don’t write a review when things are good.
In my opinion, the resort was a fairly good size had many to Swimming pools to choose one and had quite an options for food And I felt it catered for all. It was a buffet restaurant however considering the number of people that could stay at the resort I felt there was adequate amount of food.
The Staff at the front desk were Helpful, even when things were going wrong, they were trying to do their best to ensure that Guests are listen to. Both senior Managers understood my friends requirement of having an accessible bathroom and ensured that we had the correct room throughout our Stay. The first one that we had was on the first floor however due to back issues we requested a ground floor room instead, the staff were able to change this the following day as we came past midnight and first showed us the room to see if it was suitable and if it was not then a alternative then was provided
I would say there was a few things that were wrong with other guests. The front desk staff were willing to help however even though you’re a guest we should still treat them as human beings because they were trying to provide the best service they can with the means that they had if you treat them with respect and kindness you would receive that back to yourself too therefore me and my friend thought that we had a good rapport with the staff.
There are few bars that you can choose from, the Big Pool has a nice snack with tasty Gyros if you didn’t fancy the buffet food at lunch. So I would recommend that.
We stayed there five nights and was able to get an extension into our room for late checkout on the last day as our departure time was leaving at 6 pm.
Overall, I would say with the amount that we paid for five nights having all inclusive near a beach, many pools and good food for the type of weather we made a good choice.
Thank you for your service throughout the stay.

We had a fantastic stay during the festival we came for. The room was a little old, but it was clean and comfortable, and the food was tasty. However, the best part of our stay was definitely the pool bar. The whole team is incredible and always makes you feel welcome and happy. I honestly think the pool bar is what makes this hotel special and helps make the whole experience so much better. We had an amazing time!
