We booked this holiday as a group of 4 (2 couples) originally with Magic Games, but 8 days before the booking we were transferred to Magic Sports because Magic Games was no longer open on the dates we'd books 7 months prior.
The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly but that's really where my compliments end.
We were very unlucky with the weather, with consistent torrential rain so we can't blame the hotel for that. But we can blame the fact that the facilities were experiencing leaks and power cuts even during light rain, with floods of water and puddles throughout the bar areas on multiple days.
In March, you can consider the resort a pensioners retirement village, with enough rude old people that will stare you down if you're under the age of 30 or dare decide to try and use the facilities that you paid for.
The outdoor slides and pools do not open until June, so you're stuck with a cold indoor pool which is under the previously mentioned leaks during the rain or an indoor "spa" with lukewarm hot tubs and a small indoor pool that costs €2.50 each for 45 minutes of use even if you're on the "all inclusive" package.
The food is... edible, usually. However, it is really dependent on the night, but the food isn't normally labelled correctly or at all. The dessert's are usually still defrosting during the dinner service.
There's no main entertainment if you're not native in Spanish so remember to bring a deck of cards.
I really wouldn't bother unless you're fluent in Spanish and not bothered by about 1000 pensioners.

+ Food, the meat was always perfectly cooked.
+ Drinks: Good brands and variation.
+ The beach is close by, just down the street.
+ Pool towels available for a deposit.
+ Great free parking option just above the hotel.
+ Wi-Fi throughout the hotel but is not very stable.
+ Good water park, especially the surf wave.
+ Perfect themed rooms in good condition.

The hotel is lovely the pools are great, the slides are great the kids won’t get board. Reception staff are so lovely and very helpful.
BUT THE people behind the bars are so rude if your not Spanish they let Spanish people cut in front of u in the line when your waiting to get a drink. They then speak to you rudely. Not impressed at all. They should show more respect towards all their customers whether they are Spanish or not.
THE ROOMS are lovely but we had stained sheets that weren’t changed the 4 days we where there only the beds where made and fresh towels and bathroom freshened up. And the bathroom drains smell we had to use body spray to try and get rid of the smell. Hence why I’ve only given it 4/5
THE FOOD was cold everytime so u will need to use the microwaves there unless ur happy to eat it cold.
THE SNACK BIT had a lovely little selection of things
is a short walk and it’s lovely, there is also a beach club with a infinity pool which is gorgeous we took games down there for the kids as well. U can get drinks there but no food so if you’re wanting food bring some with you.
There is a supermarket across the road from the hotel as well as a few other shops.
You can go into the other hotels as well but there isn’t much in them. And there’s a few more shops around there as well.
THE ENTERTAINMENT. We went once and it wasn’t for us at all.
Excellent hotel with exceptional service. We stayed as a group of 40 people, and everything was organized perfectly. The chef Armando and German prepared special Indian meals for our group, and the food was fantastic. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!
Hotel is ok, more for boys, nice small climing wall at reception my girls enjoyed, water slides were fun but lots of ques and we stayed in may so not high season yet, food very bland same every day, not much fresh veg, not much entertainment but you can book to go to sister hotel and beach bar where all inclusive still work. Cards for drinka bit anoying and they charge extra for many things like cot bed.
Kids had fun so overall pleasant stay
