The hotel looks beautiful and is located in a wonderful place.
However, despite the nice appearance, we were quite disappointed. Looks aren’t everything.
The food is not very diverse, with only a limited selection. If you enjoy Bulgarian seasoning, you might like it, but for us, it was difficult to find meals we were satisfied with. At times, we couldn’t even get a free table for dining – we had to stand around with plates in our hands, waiting for someone to leave. Some dishes even looked rather unappetizing.
The cleaning staff do not speak English at all, so they were never able to understand or fulfill our requests. On our last day, we took our luggage to the car but told the cleaner that we would return to the room after breakfast. When we came back, we found the room already prepared for the next guests, even though we hadn’t checked out yet. Cleaning was very superficial, but still acceptable.
The pools were never cleaned, the water was very cold and dirty, and the bottom was sandy. We often saw people using the pools who weren’t hotel guests, since they had no wristbands.
The beach is not private, so you have to pay for sunbeds. Around the pool, you won’t find a free sunbed unless you go down very early in the morning (around 7 am) to reserve one with a towel.
We were at this hotel five years ago, and now we came back. Unfortunately, after all this time, we saw no improvements.
**Pool Area:**
The pool area was absolutely amazing—spacious and well-maintained. The pool itself is large and very inviting, perfect for spending the entire day relaxing. The direct access to the beach is a fantastic feature, making it easy to enjoy both the pool and the sea.
**Food:**
Unfortunately, the food was the low point of our stay. The variety was quite limited, and the flavors were underwhelming. On our last day, we even chose to eat at a restaurant outside the hotel because we were not satisfied with the food quality.
**Room:**
The room was very nice, with plenty of space and a stunning view of the sea. Waking up to that view every morning was definitely a highlight of the trip. Despite the bad smell on bathroom on the first day and the fridge doesn’t work (probably because the energy is cutoff when the room is empty, disgusting)
**Customer Service:**
The customer service was disappointing. Most of the staff seemed uninterested and didn’t appear happy to be working. From check in to check out, (bar staff, restaurant, reception) all in bad mood. The only exception was Mustafa, the bartender by the pool, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
**Overall:**
Despite some issues with the food and service, the hotel has an excellent location, and our stay was still enjoyable overall.
Nice friendly hotel & staff. Rooms large and kept topped up & cleaned daily. Animation team are very friendly & day activities we’re good loved the welcome dances Bar staff friendly restaurant staff nice & very efficient
Needs some more entertainment in the evenings but overall stay has been great 🌹❤️. From Philip & Nicola Room
We join especially the moonlight bar at the beach. Very good service … but it would be good if you also clean the area around the hotel ! A lot of guests don’t safe the environment and throw plastic in the green and at the beach.
For me, very nice place. Couldn't be closer to the sea, lovely rooms, comfy beds, soft pillows, lots of bars, fizzy water "on tap" 2 pools, all day ice-cream. Fizzy wine (champagne) is a bit sweet for my taste and not reliably chilled. Wine and beer are ok. Spirits and cocktails, a bit hit and miss 🎯. Some staff are a bit tired (September is the end of the season) but others like Natalie (Наталия) on reception and Kiril at the beach bar are still happy to serve.
