Our stay at this beautiful hotel was absolutely wonderful. The breathtaking views created the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional massage experience. Katherina and Myisha were both incredibly professional, caring, and attentive. They made us feel completely at ease and provided one of the most relaxing massages we've ever had. Their warm and thoughtful approach truly made the experience unforgettable.

A very special mention goes to Palmera Seaside Restaurant, located just outside the hotel! The food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was exceptional. We also enjoyed a fantastic massage at the hotel spa — a truly relaxing experience that we highly recommend!
But what really makes this place special is its people. Everyone greets you with a genuine smile and goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable.

Dear Management and Wonderful Team of Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa,
My wife and I would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for the amazing experience we had during our stay at your hotel.
From the very first day, we were impressed by the kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude of all the staff members. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, which made us feel truly welcome and comfortable.
We also greatly enjoyed the delicious food and the excellent variety offered at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The quality of the restaurant service was outstanding, and the open-air bar created such a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.
The beautiful beach and the sea right next to the hotel made our vacation even more special. Spending time by the water and enjoying the peaceful surroundings was unforgettable. We also loved the pool area and all the different services and facilities the hotel provides.
We sincerely congratulate the management for creating such a wonderful, friendly, and well-organized environment. It is clear that great care and effort are put into every detail to make guests happy.
Thank you again for your hospitality and for making our holiday so memorable. We truly appreciated everything and would be very happy to return again in the future.
With warm regards,
Siamak & Narges
Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with our stay at Palmera Beach Hotel & Spa, and there were several things that fell short of our expectations.
Firstly, the all-inclusive cocktails come out of a machine rather than being freshly made, which was disappointing. The hotel also doesn’t have a proper poolside area where you can relax on sunbeds around the pool. Instead, there is a garden area, which isn’t what we expected from a hotel advertised with a pool.
We also experienced an issue with a leak in our room. I reported this to reception, but they denied there was a problem, despite there being a hole in the ceiling with water actively leaking onto the floor. This was particularly frustrating, as I would have expected the issue to be acknowledged and dealt with appropriately.
Unfortunately, the customer service was also inconsistent. Some staff members came across as temperamental and quite rude. While I was suffering from food poisoning, I asked if they could make me some toast, but the response I received was not particularly friendly or welcoming. When you’re unwell on holiday, a little kindness and understanding goes a long way.
Another downside is that you have to pay extra for sunbeds on the beach, even when staying on an all-inclusive package. This is something worth knowing before booking, as these additional costs can add up.
Accessibility is another important concern. The hotel is not accessible by coach, which was not made clear to us beforehand. This could cause significant difficulties for people with additional needs or mobility issues, so I would strongly recommend checking the transfer arrangements before booking.
Regarding the food, breakfast was good, and the overall food was okay. However, the choice was quite limited, particularly for anyone who is a picky eater. Chips were available, but on one evening they were undercooked, which added to the disappointment.
Overall, while there were some positives, the issues with customer service, the room maintenance, the limited food selection and the extra costs for beach sunbeds meant that our experience did not meet expectations. We left feeling disappointed and would advise anyone considering this hotel to research these points carefully before booking.
We stayed for 7 nights at this great hotel, and we honestly couldn’t complain about anything. Everything was excellent — the room was modern, the hotel and surroundings were clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
We originally booked a Superior Room with sea view, but we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to a Deluxe Room with a jacuzzi and partial sea view. We really appreciated this gesture!
I had seen some reviews mentioning that the pool is small, but honestly, when you have such a beautiful, crystal-clear sea right in front of the hotel, the pool is probably the last place you’ll want to be. For me, the size of the pool was not an issue at all — I didn’t even use it during our stay.
We booked the hotel with breakfast only, but we also had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant several times. The food was exceptional, and hotel guests receive a 10% discount, which was a nice bonus.
The location is also great. It’s close enough to everything, but not right in the middle of the busy club area, so you can still enjoy a peaceful and relaxing night’s sleep.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely book this hotel again if we return to Hersonissos. Highly recommended!
