It wasn't our first time there. This time we stayed for 11 nights. Everything was perfect. The room was exceptionally clean. It was cleaned every day. Secure parking. The food was excellent. Fresh, high-quality—you know exactly what you’re eating :) Plenty of fruits and vegetables. The sea is right there. There are always free sun loungers available. Wonderful and sincere service. Great people. The manager is the heart and soul of the hotel and deserves special praise for his ability to keep everything under control. We wish you all the best!
Amazing location, great staff and food. Definitely will be back 😊 Nina at the Lobby Bar is amazing, she makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable 😊
I liked the stay at Paraiso hotel. The sunbeds and umbrellas were included, the beach was also just across the pavement and the location was just great - not far from the city centre, yet not too busy. Food served at the restaurant is rather fine and varied. After checking out we had also been able to enjoy lunch before we departed, which was nice. Rooms are rather new, cleaned daily and towels are changed every day. The receptionists are very kind and arranged us transfer to the airport for a fair price.
My only issues were the constant cigarette smell from ventilation (probably some other guest was smoking inside, so it's not really the hotel's fault) and the attitude of the restaurant manager. He was rude and made us feel rather unwelcome. On the contrary, I need to say that young waiters were really helpful and doing their job wholeheartedly.
My room also had poor WiFi signal, but it works in common areas well.
It was very nice that, upon arrival after a long trip, when dinner time was over, a specially prepared set was waiting for us: sandwiches, fruit, snacks and water in the room. Thank you! We appreciate it!
Paraiso Theopolis- Wonderful place.
Right by the sea. The price includes an umbrella and sunbeds. Good beach.
High-quality and delicious food - changing menu.
Very clean rooms - cleaned daily. Air conditioning, safe, refrigerator in the room. Convenient parking.
Good coffee.
Nice staff. We recommend.
2025 September. We returned this year as as we said last review we really love this special place, we had a lovely welcome back from the very start of our stay. So thanks to the reception staff & the manager for making us feel very welcome.
The staff here work very long hours , but do everything they can to please, much better than last year, so thanks guys, must be hard to try and be happy when you are tired.
Breakfast was my favourite meal, best to heat it in the microwave if you like your food hot.
Jackie always found something that she liked at meal times,. I kind of struggled with that, but it's down to personal likes.
The location is stunning, the rooms are clean, actually can't wait to go back.
Alex on the outside bar was an asset, such a kind man as were the staff clearing the tables ( worked their butts off ).
It was our 40th Wedding Anniversary & my Birthday during our stay & I got some sparkling wine & a couple of glasses brought to our room, that was a great touch.
Thanks to all of the staff for making our stay special.
We will be back.
Keith , Jackie & Buddy.
We have been three times now & have thought long and hard about leaving this review, but have to say this September we were disappointed with the staff and the food , when we arrived my wife questioned the balance that we were due to pay & the guy who was on reception was very patronising about my wife's maths, not a good start to our stay & we were also asked to pay the total balance in advance, seemed a bit odd to us as usually you pay when you leave. The food choice was fairly poor at every meal service & you had to get in quick at the grill bar as it ran out fast & even though you may have had an hour to go before service ended you were not getting any more food at the grill bar.
Many options on the buffet were repeats of the same item. Staff at the bar were very grumpy, really didn't want to serve you at times & we found that uncomfortable. Most of the food at the breakfast buffet was cold. The girl on the bar in the Hotel was superb, she was from Ukraine, as were the lady staff who took our booking & were very helpful.
We would really like to go back, as we actually love this place, we hope the management make some changes.
Sorry for this not so good review.
