Sandos Benidorm Suites

We had a fantastic stay at Sandos Benidorm Suites! The entertainment team was definitely one of the best parts of our holiday. Jerome and Natalie were amazing – friendly, energetic and always creating a great atmosphere around the hotel. They made everyone feel welcome and really helped make our holiday special. The hotel had a lively, relaxed atmosphere and the staff were always welcoming. We had a great time in Benidorm and would happily return. A big thank you to the entertainment team for making our holiday so memorable!

I had such a lovely experience at the hotel and wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who made the stay so enjoyable. All of the bar staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the entertainment team were brilliant and always helped to create a fun atmosphere. A special thank you to Pau, who was really friendly and funny and made me feel so welcome during my stay. He was great to talk to and definitely made my experience a lot better. Thank you Pau! Everyone worked so hard and it really showed. I’ll definitely remember my time here and would love to come back again!

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location, it was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the cleaners came in daily with fresh towels. Pepe behind the bar was friendly and is the best cocktail maker EVER!!! In general the food was lovely and we would highly recommend the Indian restaurant. My husband used the gym on a daily basis and found it clean and well equipped. The entertainment for adults could be improved but bars and clubs are only a 10 minute walk away. The overall atmosphere at the hotel was welcoming and we are looking forward to returning again in the near future. Hubbywife7567

I don't care what anyone says about this place. It has 1 thing that money can't buy. That's amazing helpful staff. My son took ill and everyone has been fantastic. They deserve so much credit. A credit to their country's reputation. Thanks for your service.

Sandos Benidorm Suites is fantastic, but what truly sets it apart isn't just the excellent all-inclusive food, the beautiful piazza terrace, or the location—it’s the incredible team. They constantly go above and beyond to ensure you feel welcome, safe, and valued. ​Anna the hotel manager, and the front-of-house team (including the wonderful Claire, Claire, and Eva) provide flawless customer service. Over at the bar, Jeni is exceptionally warm and attentive, making time for every single guest. Truly, all the bar staff, chefs, and servers are amazing. This hardworking international team genuinely cares about their guests, making it effortless to relax and enjoy a stress-free holiday.
