As we near the last day I can honestly say it's been a very good stay here. The hotel is spotless and there's always someone cleaning something throughout the day. Guys in the hotel shops have been amazing and so friendly. Entertainment team..... Wow!! They have been the best and deserve plenty of credit. Special shout out to Melih and Can who have been so friendly and brilliant and have given my daughter's first visit to turkey a memorable one, so thank you to both of them. The entertainments been very good. The foods been good, but it's been the same everyday so we have gotten bored of it towards the end, but still good offerings and very tasty regardless. There has never been a shortage of sunbeds either, so you can have that lie in knowing there will still be plenty to choose from. The beach is a quick walk around the corner, very basic beach, there are many gorgeous beaches in turkey but this one is basic, but still nice and clean. Shopping centre a 15 min walk away, prices are very good in some shops, worth a visit! If I could make a comment it would be that house keeping put more than 1 towels per person in the bathroom (ladies use 2 when washing their hair) so we had to stash towels from the day before to make sure we had some for hair wash day. Drinks are very good from the bar near reception and Abit hit and miss from main pool bar. Another special mention to karem from Cleopatra ink, highly recommend booking with them for tattoos should that be what your looking for, he comes round everyday so check them out 100% he's a lovely guy! And shop highly recommend, brilliant work. All in all brilliant stay, thank you sensitive we shall return x
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sensitive Premium Resort & Spa. Right from our arrival, the team exceeded every expectation with their warm hospitality. The welcome was seamless, and the front desk remained attentive and supportive for the full duration of our visit. Our accommodation was immaculate, generously sized, and offered a stunning outlook. The mattress was wonderfully plush, guaranteeing restful nights. The morning buffet was another highlight—an impressive spread of tasty dishes that catered to every preference. The setting strikes an ideal balance: near enough to area sights to explore with ease, yet tucked away in a tranquil, serene atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to returning!
Hello, I would like to leave a review for this hotel. This is our first time coming to Turkey, and we are very happy with everything we have experienced. Regarding our holiday at this hotel, I can only say thank you for the service and the treatment we received. All the staff are wonderful, respectful, and always ready to help — from the reception team to the animation staff. We are truly delighted with this hotel. We liked it very much and we hope to come back here again next year for our holiday. The only negative point is the cleanliness. Out of respect for the housekeeping staff who work hard to keep our rooms clean, we left tips every day. However, throughout our stay, the room was only cleaned superficially. I would not even like to post pictures, because I appreciate the work they do and the effort they put in. Apart from this, the hotel is wonderful and I highly recommend it with confidence! Thank you to everyone for the attention and care you showed us throughout our stay!
Had a lovely holiday, the animation team deserves a lot of recognition, Anna, Melih, Burak and Can made me feel comfortable to be myself, get involved in games I would never normally play🤣 and the holiday wouldn’t of been the same without them. Individually, they were all so sweet, funny, kind, and professional. I cannot stress this enough! I’m normally very shy and they definitely helped me come out of my shell :) The performances outside on the stage were amazing, the boys at the bar were great and made the drinks the best. Pool snack bar and restaurant staff were so polite and smiley. The nightclub was small but still had some fun, think it would’ve been great to have some animation staff inside to get the party started. The shops inside were great, the guys would try and get something in for you before you leave if something you’d like isn’t there or in your size so don’t be afraid to ask, the shops just outside the hotel were great too and hotel was only about 10/15 min taxi to belek centre :) Rooms were clean, had a coffee station and fridge that was well stocked, our shower leaked from the floor (4317) but wasn’t really phased. On colder days there wasn’t much to do so maybe more activities on those days? Or open indoor pool? Bingo prizes could’ve been better for the price/ could either change them up or lower the prices (we had 3 bingo nights while staying and all gifts were the same) I won a 15 minute massage only to find out it was free anyway as a taster? Also got a bottle of wine, Turkish delights and some tea and wasn’t exactly impressed for €18 considering I don’t drink wine or tea or like Turkish delights 🤣😬 Other than the few things I’ve mentioned everything else was great and 100% couldn’t fault it for the price :) Again, the Animation team were 100% the face of the hotel and absolutely smashed it, I hope everyone has the best summer they all really deserve it🫶
I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The food selection was very limited, with almost no variety, especially at lunch. The beach was covered with stones, making it uncomfortable and even painful to walk on, especially because they became very hot during the day. As for the entertainment, there was only one night with an actual show. On the other days, the only activity was bingo, which became repetitive and boring. The hotel itself is very, very small, and there isn’t much to do. The room views are not particularly good. The only positive aspects were the rooms themselves—they were clean, well-maintained, and the furniture was modern and comfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, as it did not meet my expectations.
