We stayed at the Smay Hotel in Isla Cristina for a few days with the all-inclusive package and had a wonderful experience. Although we arrived quite late in the evening, the check-in process was quick and smooth. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming, and he gave us our room keys immediately, making us feel comfortable from the very beginning. The all-inclusive buffet exceeded our expectations. There was a great variety of food every day, from fresh vegetables and salads to more elaborate dishes, including different pasta options. As an Italian, I was especially happy to find pizza on the menu, which was a nice surprise. The selection was generous and there was always something for everyone. The spa was another highlight of our stay. I enjoyed both a massage and a facial treatment, and both were performed professionally and with great attention to detail. It was a very relaxing experience. Unfortunately, we didn’t spend much time at the beach because the sea was still quite cold in May. Instead, we spent most of our time by the pool, which was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. We also had a lot of fun trying the virtual reality experience offered by the hotel. It was something different and really entertaining. In the evenings, we enjoyed the shows with the dancers, which were lively and well organized. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would like to thank the staff for their kindness and hospitality. We would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Stayed here, all inclusive and had the best time. The town of Isla Cristina has a lot to offer. There was a fest going on during our stay and it was only a 5 min walk. The bar, Bar Hermanos Torrente, right down the street 2min from hotel has the best service and amazing sardines. Enjoy going there daily for a relaxing beer and sardines. You will fall 8n love with this town.

This hotel has many positives such as great food, cleanliness and nice location. The staff work incredibly hard to make sure that everyone is happy the beach is close enough and shops nearby. Great all inclusive selection of food and drink. It's just worth mentioning that no floats are allowed in the pool, I think it would be better if one pool was adults only and the other for families, one family were also told no water toys which leaves nothing for children to play with. I spoke to the manager who was great and agreed that it was fine, as yesterday water shooters were allowed. Be warned there is also a 30 min sunbed policy, I dont disagree with this BUT today my towel and belongings were going to be taken away and I was in the pool! 30 mins is not long enough especially if its busy at lunchtime and you have young children or just relaxing in the water. Seemingly it depends who's on duty as yesterday was much more relaxed. The music - I honestly thought those moaning were probably overreacting, however the evening entertainment starts late and its currently 23.40 and the entertainment is still blasting out it is ridiculously loud. I chose this hotel as I have been to the Occidental in Menorca - which was faultless. If the hotel extended the sunbed policy to 1hr and turned down the music just a touch I would recommend it to anyone because its spotlessly clean and I love how they clean the pools thoroughly every morning and the entertainment for the children is brilliant, however I feel that the towel police and excessive noise isn't the family holiday I have paid for.
