We had an amazing week at the hotel, the staffs were amazing, we love the entertainment activities and the staffs were really friendly. The pool was perfect and the private beach as well.
Food could be better, not so good quality, but overall was everything else perfect! I really recommend try the spa (Turkish bath was perfect and the Otoman restaurant with tradicional food as well, worth the experience)
⭐️⭐️ Very disappointing – nowhere near a 4-star standard
Our recent stay at Grand Blue International Hotel was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, well below what you would expect from a 4-star property.
The biggest concern was cleanliness and hygiene. Our first room had urine still present on the toilet seat and hair everywhere, including large clumps of hair throughout the bathroom. We had to change rooms, but the second room still had dirty towels and other cleanliness issues.
There were also numerous maintenance problems — broken TV, broken remote, outdated rooms, no bin in the main room and no facial tissues. We reported some issues but eventually stopped because you shouldn’t have to spend your holiday constantly calling reception.
The service was also poor, with minimal staffing and staff frequently on their phones or taking cigarette breaks while there were obvious cleanliness and service issues. The sun-lounger policy was also not enforced, despite signs stating loungers cannot be reserved for more than one hour.
The positives: the food was spectacular, the pools were good, the private beach is a bonus and the location is convenient, around 10 minutes from the town centre.
Unfortunately, these positives were outweighed by the hygiene, maintenance, staffing and overall condition of the hotel. The property has potential, but it is nowhere near the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
I have already raised these concerns and provided photographs when requested. If the hygiene and sanitation concerns are not properly addressed, I will consider reporting them to the relevant local health authorities for review.
I would not stay here again.
The BlueSky Hotel – The Perfect Place to Stay in Kuşadası
The BlueSky Hotel is truly the perfect place to stay in Kuşadası for anyone looking to enjoy the sun, sea, and relaxation. It is an ideal destination for both families and couples who want to spend their days either lounging by the beautiful pool or enjoying the hotel’s exclusive beach facilities.
I absolutely loved the rooms, which offer breathtaking views of the sea. Waking up each morning to such stunning scenery made the experience even more special. The food was wonderful throughout the day, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options available at every meal. There was always something to suit every taste.
I spent most of my time at Sandal Beach, which requires an additional fee, but it was definitely worth the extra cost. The beach atmosphere, facilities, and overall experience made it one of the highlights of my stay.
What impressed me most was the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. Their eagerness to please and attention to guests made me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay.
Overall, BlueSky Hotel has become one of my favorite destinations in Kuşadası. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday with beautiful views, excellent food, and outstanding hospitality. I look forward to returning in the future.
We had a wonderful stay at Blue Sky Hotel in Kuşadası! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling.
A special thank you to Ada at the reception for her kindness and professionalism, and to Kaan at the lobby bar for his excellent service and positive energy. They both made our holiday even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended! We will definitely come back.
We stayed for 6 nights. The staff are really kind and helpfull always. The food is fine, the room service is good. The animation team is doing their best to entertain people. I really liked Mr Sonic and Ms Azra from the animation team.
