Fabulous hotel and staff. A great concept, even when full it has the air of being quiet and peaceful. Refreshing to be able to turn up to the pool at anytime and have somewhere to drop your towels. For an all inclusive buffet the food is varied each day with fresh, vibrant dishes. The on site Nami restaurant is sublime with exceptional fusion food. Front desk staff, like all others are happy, friendly and clearly seem proud of the resort. I assume any negative reviews were during the construction of the main pool and sunken bar. But as off July 26, everything is open and there is no construction. Great stay!
An unforgettable stay at a boho-chic paradise!
We had an absolutely amazing time at Unda Hotel! The design is stunning, with a beautiful boho-chic style that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are modern, spotlessly clean, and having a swim-up pool/private pool. The food was exceptional, offering a fantastic variety of flavors, and the cocktails were top-notch. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxury getaway in Corfu!
This is one of those reviews that starts with "if I could give 10 stars to this Resort, I would".
The type of experience you live when you first step into UNDA is made of careness, attention to needs, smiles, excuisite food and stunning views.
Unda is a resort built in one of the most relaxing parts of Corfù, the northen coast. It is the perfect place if you seek authenticity, comfort, relaxation and freedom to feel every sunset, every swim in the sea or in the pool.
The Staff at UNDA is incredibly prepared, easygoing, professional and efficient. The room we were assigned had direct access to the pool, but still very private. The Room furniture (as well as the whole resort) expresses perfect the vibe and style of the resort, in complete boho-shick style, relaxed textures, and freshenss.
The restaurant experience we tried was at Nami, managed by Kostas. At Nami you'll taste a carefully craftsmanship of Nikkei cuisine. Strongly recommending the Beef Anticucho.
I would go back anytime.
We stayed at this hotel for a few nights during our trip to Corfu.
The hotel is located about an hour from the airport, which wasn’t an issue for us, but it’s worth knowing in advance.
Unfortunately, our biggest disappointment was that the hotel was still undergoing major renovations. About six months before our stay, we contacted the hotel specifically to ask whether the renovations would be completed before our arrival, and we were assured that they would. We were therefore very surprised to arrive and find ongoing construction.
On the morning after our first night, we woke up to construction noise from the building next to our room. After we spoke with the staff, they kindly moved us to another room farther away from the work, which we appreciated. However, construction noise was still noticeable throughout the day, especially around the pool area, and it definitely affected the relaxing atmosphere. Had we known the renovations were still in progress, we would have chosen a different hotel.
Another disappointment was the spa. The hotel’s website advertises a spa, but when we arrived we were informed that it is still under construction. The only options offered were an in-room massage or traveling about 15 minutes to another hotel to use their spa. We wish this had been communicated before our stay.
We booked the all-inclusive package, but unfortunately the food and beverage experience did not feel like that of a five-star hotel. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. The fruit did not seem fresh and appeared to have been prepared well in advance, there were no spreadable cheeses available, and overall the selection and quality felt quite limited for a hotel of this category.
The hotel also advertises a private beach, but in reality it is a very small stretch of beach with only a limited number of sunbeds, separated from them by a road. The gym is also extremely small. My wife and I tried to work out together while another guest was using it, and it quickly became overcrowded.
On the positive side, the hotel is very peaceful and relaxing. Even though it welcomes families, it never felt crowded or noisy, and we hardly noticed any children during our stay. The pools are beautiful and offer wonderful sea views. Most importantly, every member of the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with any request. Their excellent service made a noticeable difference and is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths.
Overall, we left with mixed feelings. The hotel has great potential, but we believe guests should be informed in advance about ongoing renovations and unavailable facilities so they can make an informed decision before booking. With greater transparency and improvements to the dining experience, our stay could have been much more enjoyable.
We had such a wonderful two week stay at Unda and genuinely enjoyed every part of it. The resort is beautiful, modern, very clean, and extremely well maintained. From the beginning, everything felt organized and welcoming.
What made the experience especially memorable was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpfull at the bar, in the restaurant, or the housekeeping team.
Alex, the lifeguard at the pool, was absolutely excellent in every way and always so friendly and attentive.
Also very special thanks to Kyriakos, who truly made our stay even better. He was always incredibly polite, kind, helpful, and attentive, and his service was excellent every single time. He made us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of, and we really appreciated his positive attitude and professionalism.
The food was very delicious and we really enjoyed it. The only small suggestion would be to offer a little more variety, as some dishes could feel similar from day to day. But overall, the quality and taste were excellent.
Unda is a relatively small and peaceful resort, and in our opinion it is especially perfect for adults and couples rather than large families with many children. We loved the atmosphere and the fact that everything felt relaxed and personal.
We honestly had two unforgettable weeks here and made such beautiful memories. If we come back to Corfu, we would absolutely choose Unda again. Thank you to the whole team for making our holiday so special!
