We came 2 weeks ago for our first family holiday abroad with 4 children aged between 3 and 9. There was something for everybody and we couldn't have been happier! The staff were all so friendly, the hotel was great and the food was so good. I have coeliac disease and wasn't expecting to be able to eat much but there was so many gluten free options and they tasted great too! We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our first family holiday amazing.
I have just come back from staying at this hotel for 5 nights. I decided to book here for celebrate my friends birthday. I will say the rooms were very clean and the cleaners were amazing. As there was 4 people in our room it did get quite messy when we would get ready in the morning, when we came back in the after noon it was cleaned everyday with clean towels and fresh beds. After the first night we didn’t put our air con on again, 3/4 of us got a really bad chest infection and are still suffering now in UK from the bacteria we were breathing in. The food was mostly cold in the morning but many British options. Drinks could have had better options for all inclusive. We didn’t go in the pool as we believed the children had more of a right to be in there and it was very packed. Location was amazing so close to the beach, shops, restaurants, nightlife was top tier ! Also train station in walking distance meaning we could travel into Barcelona city and tour! Most staff were really friendly and good English, the ones who couldn’t speak English tried their best to have good service. The manager who ran the restaurant was an amazing lady, always so helpful with a smile on her face. However, some staff were completely rude to English people, one lady pushed passed me when I was getting my food, my plate nearly dropped out my hand, as I am British I didn’t think twice to confront her, she couldn’t speak English and gave me really bad attitude, an English speaking worker came and apologised sincerely. We experienced a few things like this. Also, only one lifeguard was my concern for the children, there was a pool upstairs and downstairs, the kid pool was down more stairs, there was 1 lifeguard monitoring all of these. We met many friends here from different countries including children! We didn’t come with children but the entertainment and kids club looked great fun!
We been here over 7 days and we had a good experience.
Rooms was very decent and clean (clean nearly every day and towels changed)
Staff very politely
General area clean and plenty of staff around.
Lots of wait at the elevator but they are 3 at least.
AC not the most powerful but is there and make cool air!
Food - sometimes not properly made due to level of speed they made to make for everyone, but lots of choices and lots of staff around that make tables ready.
Parking is quite expensive it was 13€ a day we chose to park around the hotel for free
Pool and areas around pool not the best but not the worse. 2 safeguard all the time presents - water was quite cold expecially in the kids pool
Pools toiles very poor and not looked after. No soap. No function dyer. Doors poor condition.
There are shows and activities within the hotel.
Good overall experience.
This hotel had so many bad reviews I felt I needed to leave my own review, we went as a family of 7 4 adults and 3 children age 7yrs and under, after reading all the reviews I was dreading it but what a lovely surprise it's so clean the staff literally don't stop in every department from reception right through. We went all inclusive the food was lovely definitely something for everyone, there was a water machine in the dining hall for everyone! Not had that before so for half boarders take some cordial for the kiddies! Rooms where perfect beds very comfy no kettle supplied! there's a shop 2 mins walk away..the children loved the kiddies pool and the kids club situation at the side of the pool, overall we had a fab time.
We stayed here for seven days and the service was great. The people in the hotel are so nice especially the night receptionist Jahanzeb and the bartenders like Santi. Jahanzeb’s english was very good and he made sure that me and my friends were okay. The cleaning staff is excellent and they were lovely to speak to in the morning and so were the restaurant staff. I have no complaints for this hotel. When me and my friends had a problem during the night he was very involved and helped during the whole thing. The staff made this holiday very good.
