Despite the unfortunately bad weather during our stay, we have been very satisfied with our overall experience at this hotel. The bar service, the staff, and the food have all been very good, and we would like to thank the entire team for their hard work and hospitality.
We would especially like to praise the manager, Nuri, for his outstanding professionalism and excellent approach to handling our concerns. After we shared our negative experience regarding the behavior of one staff member, Nuri responded immediately, took our feedback seriously, and made a genuine effort to resolve the situation and offer us compensation. We truly appreciate how quickly and professionally he handled everything, making us feel heard and valued as guests.
Good management makes a real difference, and Nuri is a great example of that. Thank you for your understanding, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, we are happy with our stay and would like to recognize the good service provided by the hotel team. We hope to return again!
The rooms are a bit dated but otherwise fine. The staff are very friendly and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. The food is delicious and varied. One area for improvement, in our view, is hygiene. This leaves something to be desired in places. We tourists are certainly partly to blame for this, but the floors around the swimming pool, for example, were downright dirty. There were machines to clean the (snack)bars, wy not the poolfloors!
It seems there is a distinction between Fulya, Selin and Aishen.
But we’ll definitely be back!
We stayed at this resort as a family, and it exceeded our expectations from the very first day.
What impressed us the most was the entertainment. There were activities throughout the day, but the evening shows and events were truly outstanding. The performances, live music, parties, and overall atmosphere were organized at a very high level. It was clear that the resort puts a lot of effort into making every day enjoyable for its guests.
The resort itself is spacious, with plenty of swimming pools, bars, and snack bars, so despite its size, it never felt overcrowded. One of the greatest advantages of the resort is its variety. With so many pools, bars, and snack bars spread throughout the complex, you can choose a different location every day and enjoy a completely different atmosphere without ever leaving the resort. Another nice touch is that the snack bars offer different food depending on their location, making every day feel different rather than repetitive.
The beach was another highlight – large umbrellas, plenty of space between the sunbeds, and beautifully designed beach bars created a very relaxing atmosphere.
The food was consistently very good throughout our stay, with enough variety that we never felt like we were eating the same meals every day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, and the overall organization throughout the resort was impressive.
If I had to mention one minor downside, it would be that, with such a large number of guests, you occasionally encounter behavior that doesn't quite match the overall atmosphere and quality of the resort. Fortunately, this was only occasional and did not affect our holiday.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.
Disappointing Experience – Definitely Not a 5-Star Hotel.
Our family holiday at Kamelya Aishen Club has been an ABSOLUTE nightmare. The hotel falls far short of its advertised 5-star “Exclusive” standard.
The rooms are dated, with dirty air-conditioning vents, blood-stained bed sheets, rust in the bathtub and poor soundproofing. Noise from staff and guests starts early in the morning (mostly 7:50 am)
and continues deep into the night (around 3:00 am) and due to the appartment complex acting as an echo chamber, it’s impossible to get a good nights sleep. You can also hear all of your neighbours.
Maintenance and safety are major concerns. Pool ladders are loose, grates are broken, bridges are rusty and a metal plate in the children’s pool leaves a dangerous gap big enough for a childrens foot to get cut. The indoor pool roof leaks directly above the children’s pool and has visible cracks. All the pools are freezing cold, leaving children shivering and blue with cold. One child threw up and not one staffmember came by to clean it up, even though a life guard came to check on the child and mom.
After heavy rainfall, pools were brown and filthy with what looked like months worth of debris.
We also experienced a leak in our room, most likely due to heavy rainfall, with more than a 4 hour wait for assistance (after they wanted to give a room on a higher floor, but we specifically booked a family room on ground floor due to having 2 small kids, the floor is slippery and we have a baby carriage and luggage, then they told us sorry no new rooms available because the hotel is full). Housekeeping was extremely slow on some days, sometimes we waited until 4 p.m. for fresh towels or a clean despite calling reception twice. Having two young children who still take and need their nap, this is absurd.
Staff at the hotel often seem uninterested and even annoyed, communication in English is very difficult (except with the superkind tattooed barista in the coffee shop next to the toweldesk and Nico from the photo store), making asking for simple requests or asking anything really frustrating.
There are a lot of rude guests ignoring the queues in the restaurants and the no smoking signs at the (kids) pool. Also a lot of drunk guests bothering other guests. Staff literally do nothing about this.
To make matters worse, we witnessed three people slip and fall on wet outdoor surfaces after heavy rainfall, including a man falling down a high stone staircase who had to be brought to the doctor.
We were also repeatedly pressured by a staff member around the pool to leave a review, telling us that it would just take 2 minutes and he would help. I had to lie about how long we’ve been here for him to leave us alone.
With two children aged one and two, safety and cleanliness are essential. Unfortunately, this resort has failed to meet even our basic expectations.
Definitely NOT the 5-star family holiday we paid for (€5.099 for 13 days booked with Corendon) . We would NOT recommend this hotel to families with young children and elderly people and will NOT return. Glad we’re leaving!!!!!
P.s. Hotel keeps answering all the reviews on Google, but does nothing about the issues.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We had a fantastic stay and would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding hospitality.
A special thank you to Dedem, EGE, Mehmet, and Sanaye at Reception for their professionalism and warm welcome. Many thanks as well to Hayat, Sinan, and Saleh from the Breakfast Team, Mustafa from the Dinner Team, and Asiyeh from Room Service for their excellent service throughout our stay.
Facilities: 9/10
The hotel facilities were clean, well-maintained, and offered everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
Service & Hospitality: 10/10
The service was exceptional from check-in to check-out. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on ensuring guests had a great experience.
Activities & Entertainment: 8/10
There were plenty of in-house activities and shows, which kept both adults and families entertained. The only minor drawback was that the evening entertainment could become quite noisy between 10:00 PM and midnight.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly return. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so enjoyable.
