*Great stay, even better recovery when things went sideways*
Just got back from 6 days at Adele Beach Hotel in Crete and overall it was a solid pick.
We accidentally got rooms without a garden view at check-in. Mentioned it once at reception and Christina sorted it for us the same day. Ended up with sea view rooms overlooking the gardens - that was a proper upgrade and worth it for the morning coffee alone.
We were also celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. After a quick chat with the staff, they arranged a birthday cake with “Happy Birthday” and brought it out during dinner in the restaurant with candles and a bit of singing from the team. Simple, but it made the night.
The food had a lot of variety and was genuinely tasty for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You won’t get bored.
The pool bar is also a great spot to hang out. The bartender, Maria, is super friendly and has a good memory - don’t try to forget what you ordered, she won’t.
Staff were responsive, rooms were clean, location is good for beach days. Would book again.
Tip: double-check you get the sea/garden view rooms - that’s where the hotel shines.
We stayed for 1 week and the stay itself was very pleasant. The accommodstion is very cozy and clean. Staff was very helpfull, kind and friendly. Selection of meals was not wide, but the food itself was very tasty. The bar was always functional. Sea and the beach was clean and well cared of. Personally the only shortcoming was absence of some kind of esplanade for evening walk. We recommend Hotel Adele Beach! Best regards.
Very nice small and quiet hotel, we traveled end of April, the staff was super friendly, room service great. Rooms small but nice and clean, big balcony we got sea view 😁
Very good food, greatical variety, no need to go to any other restaurants, also all inclusive offered drinks throughout the day.
We recommend!
All the staff are friendly and welcoming
Food was of a good quality. It was a good hotel for R&R. 2 little niggles but not hotel issues. Enerty into the sea is rocky so be mindful. And the 20 bus is a mare. Your midway between hotels and sometimes the bus is full and passes by. But overall great stay. Special mention to Christina she's wonderful.
A really lovely, small-scale hotel. Excellent service and incredibly peaceful. The food is much better than in the big resorts. There isn’t much choice, mind you, but there’s something different every evening. No evening entertainment or activity team. But that’s what makes it interesting for a different kind of holiday
