We had a great stay here. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Great pool and outside bar area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel was 10mins walk to nearest off site restaurant. 20mins to the coastline ( would say beach but beach is only 2m wide). Now for some negatives! Matress was Very hard and our hips kept aching in the night. Coffee pods and drinking water bottles etc were just a one off when you arrived, never replenished throughout the week. Food in the restaurant was mostly 5/10, didn't have one hot meal all week - everything was always over cooked and only ever slightly warm. Always a queue at the coffee machine at breakfast times, another machine definitely needed, also coffee machine was never on for evening meals. Drinks were expensive compared to restaurants 10mins walk away. Great for bed and breakfast but recommend eating evening meals elsewhere.
We was stunned by the beauty and the service. We stayed in 602 which had a private pool. The pool was cleaned everyday and a nice touch as an extra. The room was very spacious and cleaned well. The bed was abit hard for me but the pillows were like just like duck down and we’re lovely. They had carts to get us back to our room from the lobby which is handy as we were on a hill. The walk down was alright though. They offered a bus to get us to the town and beach and back and we had great service and wasn’t waiting for too long. In town I would recommend Bora Bora has the best cocktails. The pool area was bougie, clean and the sunbeds were so comfortable! We were all inclusive, my partner is a fussy eater so there wasn’t much for him but I thought there was a good selection. The manager of the hotel spoke to us a few times and spoke to us when we was leaving, which is a nice touch. Thank you so much for looking after us, the views were amazing and I think we will be coming back soon!
We were truly very happy with our stay at Alia Palace Hotel. We had booked a standard room, but when we arrived, they told us, “It’s your lucky day,” and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a pool. This lovely surprise made our holiday feel extra special from the very beginning. 😊 The hotel was very clean and well maintained overall. We were extremely pleased with both our room and the common areas of the hotel. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food we had at the Pool Bar was also excellent. The portions were much bigger than we expected, and the food was delicious and very satisfying. 🍽️ We felt very comfortable throughout our stay and are leaving the hotel with wonderful memories. We would like to thank the entire Alia Palace team for this lovely gesture and for the great service they provided. We would definitely choose to stay here again. ❤️
We had a good stay at Alia Palace. It is a peaceful, clean, and spacious hotel, perfect for anyone looking to relax. A special thank you to Dei and Tonya from the restaurant, as well as the rest of the restaurant team. They were all brilliant—friendly, attentive, and made every meal enjoyable. We’d also like to mention Andreas from reception, who was very helpful, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our stay. There are just a few areas where I think the hotel could improve: ● The music in the restaurant and pool area is the same throughout the day and has more of an evening atmosphere. It would be great to have more upbeat or chill-out music during the morning and daytime to create a different ambience. ● The evening entertainment is quite poor, and there are no daytime activities such as games, yoga, or pilates. Adding these would enhance the guest experience. ● The shuttle service to the beach is good, and the driver is an awesome guy. However, the Ford used for the shuttle is quite old and doesn’t reflect the image of a five-star hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Katerina is lovely!! Very welcoming and caring. We stayed for a week and she was attentive throughout, gave us blankets on the colder nights. Remember our drink orders and made sure we had everything we needed by the pool. Had good conversation. Gave local recommendations for bars, restaurants, beach clubs etc. We loved our stay 💕
