I had a wonderful holiday. I came with my daughter who booked it for us. My daughter said I needed some sun after recently recovering from cancer.
What really made the difference was the amazing and friendly staff. The restaurant manager Alex who goes above and beyond to make his guests welcome. A really charming man and so hard working. Even helping in the restaurant because of staff shortage. Also the A La Carte waiter Elon who is following in Alex footsteps by being equally charming and helpful. Not to forget the lovely helpful girls on reception.
We booked a swim up room and paid extra for our own pool and for drinks and snacks to be brought to us. It was well worth the money.
I have no complaints and would love to come back.
I have just spent the most amazing week at this hotel. Everything and everyone was lovely. The staff are so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Food was nice with a wide selection of dishes, salads, desserts and fruit. There is always plenty of sun loungers available around the pool and shaded areas. We didn’t do the MFC and honestly don’t regret it as the atmosphere in the main area was better. Our room was nice and cleaned daily. I honestly don’t understand any previous negative comments. The only thing I would recommend they change is the entertainment guy in the daytime. Only ever saw him when he came to the music on which were the same 10 songs repeatedly and once when he introduced himself and told me he didn’t like my name and my football team were bad🤦🏼♀️😂. Overall though I had a great week and definitely will return.
Just had a week in this lovely hotel.
The bathroom is a bit dated but clean. The staff are just amazing will do anything for you and so friendly I would especially like to mention Alexandra on reception. Alex the restaurant manager and Tony one of the Barman.
The beach a few minutes walk and small but if you go in from the hotel on the jetty the sea is amazing so many fish and so clear.
The food is good but sometimes you fancy something a bit different and there are a few bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk which are great.
Would I go again 100%
We had a great experience at AluaSoul Zakynthos. The hotel offers good-quality food and drinks, excellent facilities, and a very pleasant atmosphere. What made our stay truly special was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, who were always welcoming and attentive.
A special thank you to Giacomo, Adem, Alexandra, Dimitra, Jo, and the manager Alexander for their outstanding hospitality. They made us feel genuinely valued throughout our stay. We would also like to thank the entire team for their hard work and kindness.
We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel.
Really enjoying it at this hotel very peaceful and not overcrowded with no problem getting sunbeds. Food is alright not to bad at all just needs to be different each day as it is very repetitive. The Staff are great. Just think the hotel as a whole can have a little work done to it. But apart from that amazing.
