Out stay in this hotel was incredible. Everything seems perfect here: stuff, rooms, amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is helpful and really nice, they always ready to help. A huge point for me as a gluten and lactose intolerant person is that they can provide you with all those options. Another thing worse to mention is à la cart restaurants, the food here is incredible, portions are big and super fresh and each of the restaurants has gluten and lactose free options, the food there tastes like in a high quality restaurant.
Thank you for making our stay an unforgettable experience!
We really enjoyed our stay at Amus Hotel & Spa. We made our reservation months in advance for a bungalow room with breakfast included. The room was modern, very clean, beautifully decorated, and the location was ideal!
We received a bottle of water each day, and the cleaning lady was really nice and did an excellent job keeping the room clean.
The breakfast buffet was incredible. Everyone will undoubtedly find something they love, from bacon and eggs to yogurt with granola. There was such a wide variety of options!
We also had the pleasure of having dinner at the hotel one evening (€30 per person, with drinks at an additional cost), and we enjoyed our meal just as much as we enjoyed the breakfast. The quality and taste of the food were amazing!
To our greatest surprise and delight, the reception team told us that we had been upgraded, free of charge, to an Amus Suite with a private pool and garden! It was such an amazing experience. It was exactly what we needed and, honestly, having the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful room felt like a dream come true! We even received some lovely gifts.
Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and everyone always had a smile on their face. This made our stay even more enjoyable!
A special thank you to Michaelis, who helped us with our luggage and was very kind and helpful throughout our stay.
We highly recommend Amus Hotel & Spa to everyone! We would definitely love to come back!
Look no further if you want a 5 star holiday experience! We absolutely loved our stay here. We we're upgraded to a sea view suite as we were celebrating our anniversary and there were bubbles on ice with fruit and macaroons in the room upon arrival (nice touch Amus!). The food, cocktails and service were all amazing throughout the four different restaurants and the sea views from the rooftop restaurant are stunning ( check times for sunset for something extra special and you can book through their app ). Great selection of different pools to relax by ( main pool, adult pool, rooftop pool and private pool for suite accommodation only). Pool bar snacks are limited to sandwiches and cakes but you will not go hungry as there's always somewhere to eat. One of the best things about this place is the service, from pool staff, entertainment, waiters, cleaners front of house, the lot. They can not do enough for you and you can tell that they really enjoy giving you the best experience possible. Special shout to Nikos and Loukas for making sure we were never without refreshments ( beers and cocktails mainly!) and Valerio and Nicholas for keeping us entertained around the pool and elsewhere. You guys were amazing! There's private beach access with stationed lifeguard just a short walk away for all you beach lovers and lots of restaurants and bars nearby to explore. Honestly we cant praise this hotel enough, thank you all so much x
Fantastic pool bar staff were very helpful and always made sure we had a drink. The extra friendly service to our 22 year old special needs son was amazing. This also goes for the entertainment staff that made all of us feel very welcome. They supported my disabled son in playing all the entertainment games and he loved the darts. Could not give a higher rating to all the staff at the pool bar and entertainment. As well as this hotel rooms were clean and tidy and the food is excellent . Will definitely recommend and return.
We had a wonderful 3-night vacation at the Amus Hotel on an All-Inclusive basis. The entire staff was incredibly kind and service oriented throughout our stay.
Our Duplex room was beautiful and exceptionally well designed. The food in the restaurants was delicious, and the bar was excellent with very polite and attentive bartenders. We also absolutely loved the rooftop pool, which was quiet and highly relaxing.
A perfect hotel for a getaway in Rhodes. Highly recommended!
