I had a great stay at the Apex Temple Court Hotel in London. It’s centrally located with many attractions nearby, and public transit is within walking distance too. I was here for one night, and Gloria at the reception made the check-in process quite smooth. She was kind enough to show me the directions to my room, which I especially appreciated. The room itself is much more than adequate—a comfortable bed, supplies for coffee, water, a duck(haha), and sufficient lighting. The bathroom has a tub and the shower had amazing water pressure. The shower was one of my highlights—the water pressure helped me relax after a long day exploring London. I called the reception late night about an AC issue since I was staying here on a warm London day, and they immediately looked into it and fixed the issue! I didn’t have breakfast here but they offer breakfast and drinks(for a price) in the lobby area. The area nearby is quite walkable. I don’t suggest renting a car on your trip to London, but if at all you’ve a car and you’re staying at this hotel, there are garages nearby where you can park your car. Overall, it was a great stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it!

This is a very good up-scale hotel in a neglected corner of central London. Rooms are very clean, and a decent size by London standards. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. As a whole the hotel is very comfortable rather than luxurious, but that's the way I like it. Staff members are lovely. Breakfasts are very good, evening meals less so but functional if you need an on-site restaurant. It's a bit off centre but the payoff is that it's a very quiet area, and anyway it's not that far from the sorts of places people might want to visit. The area itself is not much visited but it's actually of great interest especially: the historic Inner Temple legal area and the Temple Church, accessed through a private gate in the courtyard behind the hotel which is always open on business days, and for much of the year also at the weekend; the Thames Embankment, and South Bank on the other side of the river; and Somerset House including the world-class Courtauld Gallery. There are some very good restaurants nearby (Spring and Toklas are excellent, for example, and Covent Garden has hundreds of restaurants). All in all, I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed one night, during very hot weather. Aircon was effective and quiet, so we had a good night's sleep. The view from the 5th floor is good. Cooked breakfast was very nice, plus there are plenty of other options available. The room was spacious, with a good shower. Recommended.

I wanted to leave a positive note about the service team at Apex Temple Court. After my stay, I shared some feedback with the hotel, and the way the team handled it was excellent. Mr Santos was very professional, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive. He listened carefully, followed up in detail, and made a clear effort to ensure I felt heard and looked after. It is easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but the real test is how a team responds when something needs attention. In this case, the response was very strong, and I appreciated the care and professionalism shown

Sure—here’s a polished, natural-sounding review you can use: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained—it truly felt fresh and comfortable every day. The facilities were great and well kept, and housekeeping did an outstanding job, cleaning and organizing the room daily to a very high standard. A special mention goes to the reception staff, who were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They even gave us the option to choose our room, and the one we selected turned out to be a fantastic choice. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!
