Clean and comfortable room, excellent staff, and true professionals who were always ready to help with anything we needed. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices. The massage was absolutely amazing and one of the highlights of our stay. We had a very pleasant experience overall and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing spa getaway.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel by the sea. The entire experience exceeded my expectations — the facilities were excellent, especially the spa, which was relaxing and well-maintained. Everything was very clean, and the attention to detail really stood out. The food was consistently delicious, with a good variety of options, and the all-inclusive services made the stay completely stress-free. What truly made the experience special was the staff — everyone was kind, professional, and always ready to help. I would especially like to highlight Chamath, the bartender in the lobby. He was not only extremely friendly and attentive, but also made fantastic drinks. His positive attitude and great service added a personal touch to our stay. Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway.
The worst receptionists ever! They do not answer the phones, their spa booking site doesn't work properly, they raise their voice while talking to clients, they dismiss you. Absolutely NO. By the way, the service prices increase last year was not supported by their services, they didn't get any better, they only charged more. Once again, in just 4-5 months, a new price list with absolutely the same or worse service. The cost doesn't reflect the reality of the service. soooooo much overpriced that it screams! If the personnel would have been nice, maybe we could let it go. But talking back on that tone .. never again. BAD management. Uneducated staff.
