I stayed at Armonia Holiday Village & Spa with my wife and our baby and had a very pleasant holiday. The hotel is well maintained and the grounds are spacious and green. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet enough for the baby to sleep. Housekeeping was regular and the bathroom was kept tidy. The all-inclusive food was good overall – breakfast, lunch and dinner had a decent variety, and there were always options suitable for a small child. The staff in the restaurants were helpful and patient. There are several outdoor pools, including a children’s area, and the private beach is a short walk away. Loungers were available and the sea was clean. The animation team was active but not too loud, which we appreciated with a baby. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and polite. Special thanks to the restaurant team and the pool area who were always ready to help. Location is convenient for a relaxed family stay in the Akyarlar area. Overall we were satisfied with the stay and would recommend Armonia for families with young children.
We’re regular guests at this hotel, this isn’t the first time we’ve vacationed here with my daughter. The sea is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the grounds are well-maintained. This year, they changed the dining concept - it’s no longer a buffet, but rather a culinary festival every day. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Thank you to Operations Manager Oguz for the excellent coordination of all the hotel’s services.
Overall hotel base: outdated furniture in both rooms and public zones, definitely that’s not 5-stars experience. I would say 3-stars will be enough. The staff: overall everyone is nice and willing to help. Ramazan from Lotus bar is amazing person, sad that we found him in our last three days. My only bad experience was the reception desk staff. We requested a quiet room upon arrival, because we are with a baby and they gave us a room 1m away from the aqua park. After our change request they gave us a room directly to the animation theatre… Finally they found us another room (also not so quiet, but anyway) they requested to change it immediately or we lose the chance to get a new one. So we were forced to move with our baby sleeping in my wife’s hands… this is not how you do business. Also on our last day we were surprised by a wake-up call at 5:30 at the morning - they have dialed the wrong room number… Food: the food was nice, for 7 full days we always have something interesting to eat, the Turkish traditional restaurant is also amazing. Hygiene: another good thing - there were people cleaning 24/7 all areas in the hotel.
Sand beach, the most enjoyable seaside experience, great for swimming in the sea. Pools are also okay. But most importantely, the ANIMATION TEAM, and waitresses are PERFECT! So professional and entertaining... i would like to mention Animator DENNY - so lively, excited about making your stay enjoyable. And to mention waitress -- BUSE- so kind and always in a good mood! Also don't forget to treat yourself with a superb massage by indonesian massage girl at the hotel's SPA.
I would like to give a special recommendation to the barman working at the Lotus Pool Bar- Ramazan. He is absolutely the best! He is always friendly, welcoming, professional, and attentive to guests’ needs. His excellent customer service, positive attitude, and genuine smile make every visit to the bar a pleasure. He goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and enjoys their holiday.
