I absolutely loved this hotel. From the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out the service was impeccable. You receive a glass of fizz upon check in, which was nice. I had booked a double room with swim up in the Residences area, but they gave me a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite beachfront swim up, which was amazing. It was lovely having my own pool to relax in. The separate shower and toilet was a great touch, as was the nightly turn down service. I didn't use the a la carte restaurants as I was so happy with the food in the main buffet restaurant.
I also received the free use of a beach cabana for a day; the beach is actually a cove, which was a bit stony, but fine with water shoes, and the water was clean and perfectly clear. The cabana included a delicious fresh fruit platter and iced water, with bell service.
There are plenty of loungers by the main pool, but I chose to pay €75 for a pool cabanna, which was very comfortable and also included water and a fruit platter. The only down side was how windy it was on my pool day, but I can't blame the hotel for this!
They have a shuttle service that takes you to and from Rhodes old town (€12 return, leaves 9.15am, returns 2.30pm). This was an excellent way to see the town without having to hire a car or navigate public transport. I wpuld definitely rate this hotel as 5 star and I will be returning.
I have mixed feelings about our stay. Based on the photos and the excellent reviews, we arrived with high expectations and were very excited, but unfortunately, there were a few disappointing aspects.
I had specifically requested a quiet room, but we were given one close to the lift. Every morning at around 6:30, we were woken by loud clattering noises, followed at around 7:00 by the housekeeping staff repeatedly pulling their very noisy trolleys along the corridor. For a five-star hotel, especially with Red Carpet service, I don’t think this should happen.
We were also told that sparkling wine and fruit would be waiting in our room upon arrival, but neither was there. After we asked about it, the sparkling wine was delivered, but the fruit never arrived. It was not a major issue in itself, but these small details do leave a disappointing impression.
Service at the main bar was also very slow. The staff there often seemed rather uninterested, and we regularly had to wait a long time for our drinks.
Despite these issues, I am giving the hotel four stars because the food was genuinely excellent, both in quality and taste. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. I would also especially like to mention Nicole at reception, Orsy at the Sky Bar, and Kiki at breakfast, who were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional. Their wonderful service made a real difference to our stay.
My boyfriend and I went here late July/August just gone and had the best time! It was our 1st trip abroad in the 6 years we've been together. So we went all out and got the red carpet service at the residence deluxe duplex swim up room! I can honestly say thus was the best holiday I have ever been on and would (if it were up to me lol) be coming back year after year.
The staff were extremely accommodating from the second we got out of our taxi from the airport. Champagne on arrival, golf buggy ride to our reception and suitcases taken off our hands the moment we walked through the main entrance.
The staff at the blue bay restaurant were so so friendly and welcoming every single morning as well as the staff all around the resort. The food was 5⭐️ and I thoroughly enjoyed the cocktails.
The resort was extremely clean and the cleaning staff were perfect.
I highly recommend staying here and upgrading to a room with a private pool. I hope to return very soon.
Such an amazing hotel! It's in the perfect location to get to local shops and bars and easy to get to Lindos and the old town too.
All the staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for you.
We got upgraded to the residence and it was stunning! The views from the room and the pool was brilliant.
All the food was excellent and there was so much choice too. They take all allergies very seriously and my partner has so many Gluten Free options to choose from and they would even specially make dishes for her!
Will definitely want to return here.
We spent our holidays at this hotel for the second time, and I have to say I didn’t want to go home! Everything was just perfect. The staff were professional and exceptionally friendly, and the food was delicious and varied every day! Additionally, I especially appreciated the beautiful garden with plenty of trees providing shade. Thank you for everything, we will definitely be back for a third stay! :)
