We had a wonderful stay at Atlantica Kalliston. The hotel is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service was outstanding throughout our holiday. A special thank you to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived until the day we left. This is the second Atlantica we’ve been to and it mached our previous experience & expectations. The staff is mostly incredible, will do everything they can to help you and are always chatty, warm and friendly. We had a bottle of wine on arrival with a card and that was a special touch. Our swim up room was beautiful, always cleaned daily, the bathroom was stunning and the facilities very well maintained throught the hotel. We did some of the activities provided by the hotel such as the cocktail making class or the wine tasting. They could benefit from improvements to make them more engaging as they lacked a bit of structure and that fun element but the staff aren’t teachers so it’s understandable. It was great that we could do these though and they were complimentary. The restaurants were all decent - main buffet, greek, italian, and asian - plenty choice. and you could always find something you liked. Desserts are definitely lacking and i feel that they are an afterthought. Stunning interiors, private sunbeds on the beach, incredible staff and very attentive. Would come back & as well as would continue to visit other Atlantica hotels too.
The facilities and staff were incredible. It felt very cozy and romantic while also being luxurious. Great location, easily walkable to restaurants. The breakfast was incredible, but would recommend going off the property for lunch and dinner. We were excited about the Greek restaurant and found it underwhelming.
The best all inclusive I have ever been to. The staff are incredible - so friendly and kind; nothing is too much for them to help you with. The facilities are great, immaculately clean and looked after. Nothing looks tired or cheap. And the food. Oh my god the food. I have never eaten this well in an all inclusive hotel, or indeed any hotel I can think of. Every themed restaurant is close to (if not) Michelin star in terms of quality, presentation, and flavour. Even the buffet restaurant is incredible. I was genuinely blown away by this place and didn’t want to leave. A must if you want peace and luxury in Crete.
Overall a lovely hotel. Outside not got the WOW factor but inside tbf gets better. Staff are a credit to your team especially in main restaurant. Robert definitely goes that extra mile as the restaurant manager.and of course Christios. does too. .Both are friendly and attentive.. Reception OK..!!! Food is scrumptious most of the time. Something for everyone's palate, and presention outstanding 😋. Lovely that there was plenty of sunbeds. All pools fantastic just an amazing place. And the beach brilliant..Now the down side for us lack of entertainment was such a shame. But didn't ruin our holiday. Not sure it's a 5*, but a good 3/4*... A visit to the Old town is a must, bus service regular and very cheap too. .
