We stayed at Aydinbey Group Hotels in Belek for 8 days and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the food was one of the highlights of our vacation. There was a great variety of delicious dishes every day, so everyone could find something they liked. The staff were always friendly, professional, and ready to help. We would especially like to thank Gökçen for her kindness and exceptional support. She responded to all of our requests very quickly, helped us solve every issue with a smile, and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift, which made our stay even more memorable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our vacation and would be happy to come back again.
Honnestly, a not bad resort, but it is focused on ukrainian and russian tourist, so if your nationallity is not one of those, dont come. The night shows are very bad, you will see the neighboring resorts that entertain their tourist, and you will get slow ukrainian music. That really sucks. You pay for Ultra All Inclusive, but you get only juice dispenser, a 1.5% alcohol beer, and local brands. For that price, search for another resort. Good points: good food but 0 variety,bar staff very friendly, cleaning staff very good, but the reception staff really reach out the hand to you to put some coins in their box, is this hotel regine or begging???? Do not come, this is a message from a young couple, 25 and 22 yo. Go away!!!!!!!
We stayed at this hotel with high expectations, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. One of the biggest issues was that most of the staff could not communicate in English, which made even simple requests difficult. The food quality was also below our expectations, with very limited variety and taste. The overall atmosphere wasn’t what we were looking for either. Most of the guests were over 50 years old, so the hotel felt very quiet and wasn’t a good match for us. This may have been our mistake when choosing the hotel, but it still affected our overall experience. Sadly, this hotel didn’t create the enjoyable vacation memories we had hoped for.
We are staying in room 4113, which has a lovely view of an avenue surrounded by orange trees, lemon trees, and other greenery. I highly recommend this hotel. Our stay is coming to an end, and I can say that it has been very enjoyable. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are kind and helpful. Special thanks go to Dogan, the bartender at the lobby bar. He is a very nice, friendly, and communicative person who immediately makes guests feel welcome. He is always smiling, polite, and professional, happy to talk with guests and create a great atmosphere in the bar. Thanks to people like him, staying at this hotel becomes even more enjoyable. We would gladly come back again!
Booked 7 days here with my wife and daughter. Beautiful hotel, super friendly staff and lots to do with the entertainment team. Games at the pool everyday as well as competitions. Entertainment at night had a great variety and all food is great. Will definitely book again, its been a fantastic week!
