Blue Dreams Resort & SPA – All Inclusive is a 5-star property.
We had an enjoyable stay at Blue Dreams Resort, with its exceptional location and breathtaking panoramic sea views being the true highlights of the property. The beautiful setting gives the resort a unique charm and great potential.
Our room had an impressive view, but its overall condition was disappointing. Cleanliness could be improved, some furniture showed signs of age and wear, and the bathroom would benefit from renovation.
The food variety was good, with plenty of choices throughout our stay. However, the dessert section was a major disappointment and well below what we would expect from a 5-star resort. The lunch hours were also somewhat restrictive, and a more flexible schedule would be appreciated.
Another concern was the unpleasant garbage smell in several pathways leading to the main restaurant and stage area. Better waste management and attention to cleanliness would significantly improve the experience.
The waterpark should have more than one lifeguard on duty. Additional supervision would provide greater safety and reassurance, especially for families with children.
On the positive side, the staff were a real asset. The Front Office and Guest Relations teams were professional, welcoming, and attentive, while the housekeeping staff were consistently friendly. The Spa experience was also excellent and one of the highlights of our stay.
Overall, Blue Dreams Resort has exceptional potential thanks to its breathtaking views, beautiful setting, and genuinely friendly staff. With improvements in refurbishment, cleanliness, food quality, waste management, and waterpark supervision, the resort could significantly elevate the guest experience and truly live up to its 5-star positioning.
We had such a lovely stay at Blue Dreams Hotel & Spa and would definitely recommend it. The hotel has breathtaking views over the sea, beautiful grounds, and such a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you want to unwind by the pool or join in with activities, there’s something for everyone.
A huge thank you to the entertainment team, especially Dali, Daisy and Zee. They were all so welcoming, friendly and full of energy throughout our stay. They made a real effort to get to know guests, encouraged everyone to join in without being pushy, and created such a fun atmosphere every day and evening. Dali’s enthusiasm was infectious, and together with Daisy and Zee they really made our holiday extra special. They’re a real credit to the hotel.
The staff throughout the hotel were always kind, attentive and happy to help. The service was excellent, the entertainment was great, and there was always something going on if you wanted to get involved. Combined with the stunning views and lovely setting, it made for a fantastic holiday.
We made some amazing memories here and are leaving with nothing but positive things to say. Thank you to everyone at Blue Dreams Hotel & Spa for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily return in the future!
Overall, we had a good stay and would consider coming back.
POSITIVES
- rooms spacious and comfortable.
- plenty of sunbeds and tables available, so we never had to queue or reserve spots early.
-coffee machine in the room was a nice touch, and the lobby bar served proper coffee.
- food offered a good variety, fish, chciken and meat grill every day, and I appreciated that it was presented in a way that reduced unnecessary food waste.
-Although the resort is built on a steep hillside, there are lifts and alternative paths, making it easy to get around.
NEGATIVES
-Jumping from the piers is not allowed, which was a HUGE disappointment for our family and probably the reason not to come back (there are stairs)
-The sea was often quite rough with strong waves.
-The air conditioning in the room not efficient (25 degreee room temperature) staff arranged for a portable AC after several requests
-The animation team never approached us or invited us to activities, so it was easy to miss what was happening which was not much
-The infinity pool could be cleaned more frequently.
-There is a long gap between lunch and dinner. From around 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm, the only food available was grilled toast, waffles, churros, and cold sandwiches from the pastry shop which were not eatable. A few more substantial snack options would be appreciated.
-Turkish alacarte meal very poor quality, kebab smelled, mezzeh not fresh or appealing
-the manager that everyone raves about never approached our family even though he knew very well my problem with AC
A Wonderful Stay with Incredible Views and Exceptional Service
We had a wonderful stay at this resort and truly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel has an amazing location, breathtaking sea views and some of the most beautiful sunsets. The sea was especially beautiful in the mornings, calm and crystal clear. It is definitely one of the most beautiful locations in Bodrum.
The infinity pool was one of our favourite parts of the resort. We were travelling with our child, and the water park was more than enough to keep him entertained. There were plenty of activities for children, and we had a lot of fun together throughout our stay.
We especially enjoyed the à la carte restaurants. The Turkish restaurant and the seafood restaurant were both highlights of our stay, with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. We also really enjoyed the live music in the evenings, which made the nights even more enjoyable.
What really made a difference to our experience, however, was the personal attention from the General Manager, Mr. Burak. He genuinely cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy. He kept in regular contact with us throughout our stay, checking whether everything was going well and whether there was anything we needed.
His approach of simply wanting his guests to be happy really stood out to us. His kindness, attentiveness and genuine effort made a significant difference to our holiday.
We would happily return and definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a beautiful and enjoyable holiday in Bodrum.
The hospitality was exceptional, especially thanks to the Hotel Manager, Mr. Burak, who provided outstanding personal attention and ensured our every request was met instantly. We absolutely loved the stunning sea and the exclusive service at the Cabanas, with a special thank you to Mr. Mahmut for taking such wonderful care of us. The open buffet offered a high quality variety of food, the olive oil dishes, in particular, were incredibly delicious, though the desserts have a little room for improvement. Our room was located at the top tier of the resort, which required climbing some stairs and brought a bit of mild road noise, but it was completely tolerable and didn't take away from our holiday experience at all. Highly recommended!
