The location is very nice, close to both the sea and the center of the station.
Nice view from the room.
The food was good but it lacked variety.
The room service and cleaning was lacking.
And the boiler in the bathroom was a constant issue for us as we were 3 people and the last one to shower always ended up with cold water.
We stayed in the one bedroom appartment with sea view. The location was awesome, directly at the beach, close to the center. We liked the spacious room, the great view. The food wasn't diverse at all but I always found something to eat. The Blue Pearl could be really awesome with just a little bit more attention to the details. The staff (especially at the reception) could be nicer, the food could be more varied, more tasty, there could be thorough cleaning, renovation in the rooms... But anyway we enjoyed our stay here, and I would come back anytime.
This hotel is not 4*. It doesnt offer anything extra, it has the bare minimum to be considered average all inclusive hotel. A lot of furniture is quite old and not very fresh. I was disappointed mainly because the stay was quite expensive - about 5100€ for 10 days, as a family of four. The food was average, nothing very tasty, nothing bad, but pretty repetitive and the variety wasnt the best as well. However the snack bar was great - Waffles, nuggets, fries, burger meat, sausages, some vegetables. But the snack bar closes at 5 pm not at 11 pm as stated on their website. We had a big room - 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The room was pretty plain but enough. However some refurbishment would not hurt. The best thing about this hotel is 100% the location, the beach is like 10 steps from the hotel. The sea is like everywhere in bulgaria. I am mostly disappointed in the value for money category.
We paid for the all-inclusive service, and I informed them in advance that I am gluten intolerant. However, at the hotel they just handed me a frozen, supposedly gluten-free bread and said that’s what I could eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. When we brought it up, the chef was upset and only said that I could eat fruit and vegetables. In the end, after much insistence, he finally mentioned that I could have the chicken leg. So I would not recommend this place to anyone who is gluten intolerant.
Overall, as a four-star hotel, Blue Pearl Hotel fell far short of our expectations.
The entire hotel feels outdated and in dire need of renovations and thorough cleaning. It lacks any luxurious ambiance.
Staff: While there were some exceptions, the majority of the staff were either rude or lacked basic customer service skills.
The two bartenders in the beach bar provided contrasting experiences: one was friendly and tried his best, while the other was rude and should not be in a guest-facing role.
Food: The food was the worst aspect of our stay. The ultra-all inclusive turned out to resemble a mediocre canteen, with dishes being overcooked, reheated from the previous day, tasteless or simply unappetizing. This was very disappointing and made all the meals a low point of the day for us.
Location: The hotel is centrally located yet quiet, right on the beach with a beautiful view. It was conveniently close to everything we needed.
Pool Area: Although slightly small, the pool area had good sunbeds and clean water.
Animation Program: The animation team was enthusiastic, engaging guests in various activities with smiles on their faces.
Overall:
If good location by the beach are your top priority, and you don't mind subpar food, this hotel might work for you. However, I would not choose to return to this hotel.
