Very good

The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Every morning we saw maintenance & cleaners making sure everything was spotless around the pool and the hotel in general. Our room was cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided. We had a small leak above the toilet which meant most of the time you went to the toilet, a drop of water would hit your back. We mentioned this to the front desk staff who immediately sent maintenance. Maintenance took one look at it and said it wasn't bad and left - the front desk didn't seem happy that it wasn't rectified but it didn't spoil our stay. There are plenty of sunbeds around both pools which was lovely as usually when abroad you have to play sunbed wars. Not many parasols but that didn't bother us. Our room was ground floor, a stones throw from the pool so when we wanted shade we just sat on our patio. Hotel staff and the hotel in general is lovely. We were saddened that the all inclusive package only includes the cocktail of the day - all the other cocktails you have to pay for. Personally I feel that even a handful should be included so you have some choice at least. Staff aren't shy if you ask for a double though, you'll get what you ask for! Basic selection; flavoured liqueurs, vodka, whisky, gin, rums and the lager on tap is San Miguel so that was decent. You have to pay a refundable deposit of 1 euro per cup and they dont accept card so it was a bit inconvenient having to go to a cash point; the one in the main lobby charges €5 so also not ideal but we couldn't be bothered walking around and just wanted a drink! This hotel has the potential to be amazing but sadly the food is a huge let down. Not the best I've had and not the worst... (my partner begs to differ and says its some of the worst food he's ever had on holiday). We spoke with 5 separate groups/couples who all agreed the food was really poor. It is such a shame as the potential is there with the hotel!! We ended up eating out for most meals which defeats the point of paying for all-inclusive. The coffee tasted cheap and the juices were watery. We didn't let this spoil our holiday but sadly we wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend.

Great hotel ! Food: The all inclusive food was amazing, different variety of food everyday except breakfast where it was the same foods but you can still have different foods each morning, there’s a cold meat and cheese section, hot section including sausages and eggs, cereal and yogurt section, fruit section and pastries section. At lunch there’s a wide variety of food even for picky eaters. At dinner there’s the main meat for the day and special dishes. It was really nice food and I enjoyed it. Drinks: The all inclusive drinks are weak but still good, there’s a pool bar from 10:30am until about 6 , you have to pay for a cup but get your money back. The drinks then move to another bar where there are normal glasses and outside entertainment. A good variety of drinks with a cocktail of the day. Cleaning: The hotel is very clean, the rooms seemed to be mopped everyday and tables are cleaned after each person leaves from meals. The outside toilets are also very clean, and the pool is cleaned every morning too. Staff: Staff are very friendly and helpful, they go beyond and always clean plates after finishing with them. Entertainment: If you want to stay in the hotel there is plenty to do, with activities throughout the day and entertainment at night, you won’t get bored Pool: This is our only let down , there isn’t enough umbrellas , there’s plenty of loungers but it turned into a reserving loungers with umbrellas. The hotel have said they are looking to update so hopefully more umbrellas will be available as this is the only reason why I haven’t put a 5 star review. People were sat under umbrellas not having them up and when asked to use them, was told they were going to use them but only did so for a short while. It got to the point of us getting up early to be able to get some shade as we are very pale and burn easily. In all, it is a great hotel, close by to a lot of attractions and is a great value for money, food is tasty, the atmosphere is great, the staff are friendly and the pool itself is very large with a separate second pool for adults only.

Fantastic time away with my partner staying at this hotel. Cleaning staff are excellent, all the facilities are well looked after and clean. The entertainment staff have been amazing too, I'd like to thank Marco and Julia for always trying to get people involved. Food quality was great too, solid variety at both restaurants and across 3 meals. Bartending staff have been fantastic as well, especially Beckel, always super friendly. Overall a fantastic holiday, would come again and would 100% recommend.

Just been to stay here for a week. Had a great holiday, the staff were freindly, rooms were cleaned daily. Locations great, everything on your doorstep. Unfortunately there's a couple of things that let the hotel down, the biggest downfall being the food. To say the least, it was absolutely appalling and most days inedible. Having stayed at many all inclusive's, this had to be the worst food wise. Breakfast was watery beans, boiled mushrooms, burnt bacon, and cheap nasty sausages. Lunch and dinner options were equally as bad, alot of recycled food throughout the week and a general lack of choice. Me and my partner ended up eating out almost every meal, and we're not picky eaters. This seemed to be the general consensus amongst guests, which is a shame because it really let's the hotel down. The all inclusive drink selection wasn't great, there's only 1 cocktail of the day which was very poor quality and any others you must pay for separately. Overall a good experience but the food massively let's it down. Be prepared to go hungry once you see the selection. Need to invest in better quality produce and adjust recipes/menus. Seems like they were on a serious budget serving the cheapest of the cheap food. Also had a leak in our bathroom dripping over the toilet which was addressed and ignored twice.. Unfortunately wouldn't recommend.

The buffet services provided were fantastic and we stayed for a week myself and my Fiancé and ate only in the hotel. The variety of foods and quality of the foods was great. The staff were excellent the whole stay. Incredibly kind and helpful folks that showed really enthusiasm for their jobs. The rooms were cleaned spotless daily and always stocked with new towels and toiletries. The location was perfect as we walked out the door and you right onto the strip of Corralejo with the beach only a 10 minute walk away.
