BSA Holiday Park Hotel genuinely exceeded our expectations. The lobby and restaurant are beautifully decorated and the overall cleanliness was spotless throughout — rooms, public areas, everything. Our room was cleaned daily, towels replaced regularly and sheets after three days. The rooms themselves are a bit dated but clean, well maintained and comfortable.
Food didn’t vary hugely day to day but was tasty and the salad selection was particularly good. You get also ice cream for most of the day and a great snack. The staff were simply amazing and made the whole stay even more enjoyable.
For the price this is an absolute steal. We’d happily come back.
We stayed for 3 days for Easter holiday, the rooms were tidy and we didn't have any problemes with the AC. The food was alright, but you don't really have where to choose from. The hotel isn't far from the sea and you have acces to souvenir shops nearby. Overall we enjoyed our experiance and it was fitting for the price.
We were 3 couples and a 2 years old child, we should have 3 room's.. but because they had a "problem", offered us 1 double room and 1 normal.. so two couples should sleep together, then in the rooms stinks, they have signs for no smoking all over but in the room stinks like cigarettes with perfume. I do not recommend.
All inclusive, not really true. As an early riser it was very annoying not having access to coffee before 7.30am. All staff (except bar staff, very pleasant) not helpful at all. I wanted to make an official complaint while there, rude young man on receptions reply was...well what do u want to complain about. Asked for the manager just told not there and that was the end of trying to make a complaint. Poor food, limited to 2 pieces of pizza per person at snack times, if its popular cook more! Not limit people who paid all inclusive! Children's club was in the hotel lobby as no entertainment room, no entertainment for adults after that finished.
Amazing hotel! Really nice food in the restaurant, with very polite staff. Special thanks to the animation team that made our vacation even more enjoyable!
